Cette belle maison entièrement meublée qui a été entièrement rénovée il y a quelques années avec tous les nouveaux luminaires et accessoires. La cuisine est équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils, ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle. Les trois chambres ont des lits Queen et des armoires encastrées. Avec laveuse et sécheuse, stationnement hors rue, garage avec établi et cour clôturée avec terrasse. Courte distance en voiture des magasins locaux, des commodités et de l'aéroport. À distance de marche de très proche de la rivière Kenai (le célèbre filet d'immersion de saumon)

This property had everything we needed. Plenty of room and space for everyone. Kitchen was great for family meals and was fully furnished. It was located in a perfect vicinity for all our adventures in Alaska. When we had a question we got an answer immediately. A very nice neighborhood and close to Walmart and restaurants.

Comfortable!

We were very comfortable in this clean no frills home in a quiet convenient residential neighborhood. The beds and furniture are amazingly comfortable and we had everything we needed for our visit. The home owner is helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

I stayed here with my husband, 7 year old son and in-laws. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was exactly as described, very clean and well kept. The owner was very responsive with any inquiries we had. It was close to a local school that we were able to walk to several times so my son could play on the playground. We all really enjoyed our stay here.

Family vacation retreat

The listing was exactly as advertised and in a nice little neighborhood right in the heart Kenai several blocks from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary equipment to cook and feed a family during our two weeks stay. The bathroom had plenty of linens and all the condiments you would ever need including some you may have forgot at home. The very first night we stayed we had a moose visitation at the front door and on the second night the most spectacular northern lights display off of the porch. The location is very close and convenient to all the stores and restaurants of the city but more importantly only several blocks from the beach access which we took advantage of numerous times during our stay. We also found numerous hiking trails in the area within walking distance of the house. Overall excellent time was had and enjoyed during our stay at this warm and comfortable house. We would recommend it and of course if given the opportunity to book it again on another stay to the area we would without hesitation. of six

Not the Vrbo standard for money paid. Odor of old cigarette smoke. Window blinds with broken slats, holes in walls. Bedroom window no screen. Entrance doorknob broken.Wall clock didnt work. Bar of soap in shower with large dark hair dried on it. Text host for help with TV. Response was "there's a binder for that." And "Keep playing with remote, I don't remember how to do It." Pillows either fat and rock hard, or thin foam. Wouldn't stay here again. Pay more and find something better. Lots of open food items in cupboard, but less than half a roll of toilet paper in the house, and about 6 sheets of papertowels on a rool.it."thevremote

Just Okay

Communication was lacking, check in information wasn't ever recieved before trip. I've never had a problem with checking in before, every other VRBO I've stayed with has sent check in info before the trip. Tried contacting the owner the day of to get key code and they didnt get back to us until 4 hours after check in time. The place is pretty alright, the cleaning fee is a bit steep in my opinion. Overall the place was fine, but if youre visiting in the wintertime their boiler vent or chimney flu clangs around which is VERY loud and kept us awake all night. Beds are very firm but clean. We liked all the kitchen utensils and seasonings. Overall probably not worth the price we paid but it was okay.

thank you for your comment. Were sorry if you find it hard to communicate with us. We were on our way to Hawaii. Anyway I think $100 is a very good price for 3 bedrooms. If your looking for $50/night you booked on the wrong place. Cleaning fee is pretty much the average that you can find in majority of the Airbnb for a house unless a cabin.

Alaska vacation

The home was very nice. It was clean, had a nice sized kitchen and living room. It was perfect for our group. Combination with the owners was great as well. I would definitely stay there again!
