There are also 2 large tables + 2 garden Lounge for dining outside or enjoying the amazing unobstructed sea views. The views from inside the house are incredible too.

This lovely 4 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms 5 toilets villa is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime, close by walking from the city center and the beach. You will enjoy to not use the car (as traffic is high from April to October, and parking sought) to reach the shopping district very typical : traditional restaurants, bars sidewalk cafés, food trades, groceries, bakeries, glaciers, old covered market… This quarter is a lively and pedestrian area.

Its location is really a major asset. The sea is at around 500 meters from the villa ! It is one of the few houses with a pool as close to the center (10 min by foot) and to the seaside (3 min). The first supermarket is at 7 min by walking.

All is very modern and thought to give high standard comfort : beddings, linen and towels, showers and hot water, kitchen & household appliances, all furniture and deckchairs, air conditioning or heating (controlled thermostat in each room), indoor and outdoor lighting, heated pool etc...

- Bedroom (38 m2) with Dressing, bathroom and toilet, terrace and SEA VIEW.

o Pool level (with also 150 m2 of terraces) :
- 2 large bedrooms (for both : a bathroom, dressing room, overlooking the pool terrace). SEA views.

All the rooms are spacious, air conditioned and very QUIET. The bedding is new and of high quality, composed of 4 Queen Size beds (160 * 200) + 1 single bed in 90 * 200 + a baby cot. Each of the 4 air-conditioned bedrooms has its private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer) as well as a wardrobe or dressing room... and offers a panoramic SEA VIEW (RARE) !

HEATED POOL on request ( only FROM MAY 1 to SEPTEMBER 30) : extra cost of 150 Euros per week (cash payment).

-- For a 3 weeks stay = PLEASE NOTE that the mid-stay cleaning is obligatory (whole cleaning of the house + laundry, change of all the towels and sheets) = 590 Euros to pay by cash upon arrival.

On site : many deckchairs. An outdoor shower (hot / cold) near the pool. BBQ. A large garden furniture + a sitting and Lounge area. Also a washing machine and dryer, table and iron. Baby equipment if needed : bed with mattress, high chair...

Access to the seaside (in 3 min). First beach accessible : 15 min. walk.
Beach towels provided. The “Plage de la Nartelle” (famous site, large sandy beach) is at only 5 minutes by car. There you will find several restaurants (and bars) on the beach, rental of deckchairs, nautical activities, paddle, parasailing...

Access to Saint-Tropez : by shuttles (Green boats every day and night in Summer) from the Port of Sainte-Maxime that you can reach in just 10 min. walk away.
