The unique design of Épure takes its inspiration from the many artists who fell in love with Vence, such as Matisse and Picasso, as shown by the villa’s elegant sweeps of white coupled with vibrant colour panels.

The open-plan living area is large and spacious, allowing the beautiful Provençal sunshine to stream in as the family unwinds in the inviting seating area – perhaps whilst trying delectable canapés. Children will love the separate play/television room, as well as the table tennis table, table football, and little putting green.
Alongside the truly remarkable floor to ceiling windows, Épure boasts a swimming pool and a wraparound teak terrace dotted with loungers and soft furniture to create the perfect place to relax. The south-facing garden is full of charming fig and olive trees, and the outside dining area provides a delightful place to sit during the warm evenings.
4 bedrooms, each their own en-suite bathroom, can accommodate up to 8 people in stylish comfort. The bright and airy master bedroom has its own dressing room and doors leading out onto the garden terrace. Épure is the perfect place for an unforgettable summer holiday.
