Well kept apartment. We only stayed one night but after the previous six nights with no AC in other cities during a heat wave, we really enjoyed the air conditioning at this apartment.

Place was nice

All my family had a room and it was a relaxed nice place to stay. Cafe across the road was great for coffee, kids drinks, food, and late night drinks for me as I had 4 kids with me. Enjoyed the place.

Family gathered in Paris for the week and enjoyed the beauty and sophistication of this glorious Grand Dame known as Paris. Everyone was entranced by the architecture, the history, and food.

Great location to underground and park

Great location to underground and Hyde park. Apt has enough bathrooms and bedrooms for 4 adults plus a kid. Lots of good options for groceries or food within a few mins walk. Hyde park was great for my son to run around in.

Beautiful Property near the Eurostar Train

This was perfect for 2 families- total of 10 of us. Near the Eurostar station, this apartment was within walking distance to metros to take into the city. It was beautiful inside and well stocked. The beds and bedding are all comfortable. We only were there 1 night, but would have been happy to stay several- to enjoy the space and the courtyard.

Perfect Location

We stayed with LivinParis for 7 days during a business trip. We needed easy access to the RER B line and this location was perfect for this! Just a short walk to Gare du Nord. The place itself was beautiful. Very clean and modern and had every amenity that we required. The owners were always quick to respond when we required assistance and were very pleasant. Would definitely suggest staying here during your next trip to Paris!

Great option for a Paris stay

Very convenient location near the rail station and easy metro access 200 meters from apartment. The 7 line took us to nearly everything and connected easily. The apartment was top notch exactly as described. There are plenty of restaurants and patisserie within 5 min walk. The grocery store across the street was perfect for our daily needs. Over all a very pleasant experience.

Lovely stay

We had 4 adults and 5 kids stay in this clean, spacious apartment. It also had a door that could separate two sides of the apartment. The host was gracious and checked on us a few times during our short stay. The kitchen and living room area were spacious as well. and the kids enjoyed being able to access some English content on the tv through Netflix or YouTube. It was easy access to public transportation, several nearby restaurants, and a market across the street to stock the kitchen. It was walking distance to sacre court and montmarte. The host provided 3 keys which was nice to share amongst our two families.

Appartement parfait!

Appartement de très bon standing. Les personnes qui ont eu à y dormir étaient ravies. Un petit plus à envisager : le livraison des petits déjeuners ou un panier pour cela prévu dans l'appartement.
