Alternatively, the train from Maccarese–Fregene Station reaches the Vatican in just 20 minutes. the villa is ideal for families and groups seeking space, privacy, and comfort.
A true highlight of the property is its private wellness area, designed for year-round enjoyment. Guests can unwind in the indoor Jacuzzi whirlpool, relax outdoors in the large heated Jacuzzi with hydromassage (not suitable for swimming), or recharge in the large Finnish sauna—perfect after a beach day or sightseeing in Rome.
The villa comfortably accommodates larger groups with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, spread across three levels to ensure privacy and quiet for everyone.
