Welcome to Villa Patron, a gorgeous and relaxing beach home with a new private pool and hot tub. Villa Patron has 3 queen bedrooms and a spacious loft with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. Just steps away from the sugar white sand in the private, gated community of Destiny East. A perfect location to enjoy the community amenities as well as exploring the sites in Destin. Enjoy the beauty, convenience and privacy of the new pool and hot tub. We also have a golf cart rental discount arrangement with a rental company very close by.
You will love enjoying this expansive home with a chef's kitchen, large living and dining rooms and balconies off each bedroom and bunk room. Relaxing by the pool and firing up the outdoor grill in the tropical backyard setting will ease you in to the tranquility of beach life living!
You will enjoy seating for 8 in the dining room, inviting bedrooms, expanded cable for TV at home, and lighting-fast wifi for all of your devices. Villa Patron has all living on the main level, 3 bedrooms on the second floor, and a third floor loft with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. Operational audio/video security cameras are located on the outside of the house including the front, side & backyard/pool area. The private, gated community of Destiny East boasts 2 swimming pools, a clubhouse with media room, tennis, a full gym, and more!
Come book your ultimate vacation just steps away from the gorgeous, white sands of the Gulf, fabulous dining and incredible shopping. The beach is only 0.4 miles from the house, walking or driving. There is free parking at the beach. The beach access is through the public beach. Both of the community pools are close to the house, with the main pool (with clubhouse, tennis courts, gym , playground, etc.), just about a minute walk by neighborhood sidewalk.

Simply the best!

We loved everything about our stay at Villa Patron! We traveled with a group of seven people, ranging from 7 to 74 and there was something for everyone!!! We loved the pool, enjoyed making a few family meals or having down time in the comfy house, and were a very short drive to the beach and lots of great restaurants! Great Home in a Great Location

Great home in a perfect location to access the beach, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet, yet has great community amenities, especially the pool and tennis courts. The backyard is spectacular. We really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The house was also very clean and comfortable, and the property owners were very friendly and accessible. We’ll definitely come again.

Great great property in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the beach or a short golf cart ride. Was exactly as advertised. All new finishes and furnishings. Pool and Hot Tub a great addition. Wonderful Stay at Villa Patron!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Patron! The properly is conveniently located in a lovely gated community that is less than 2 minutes away from the beach. The property was beautiful, clean and was filled with plenty of towels (bath and beach), pool/beach supplies and kitchenware. The property management team was super responsive and fielded any questions quickly. Finally, the property pool stole the show for our family - the kids loved the pool so much - and we even enjoyed a few evening swims with the party lights! We would definitely stay at Villa Patron again!

Amazing stay at Villa Patron

Villa Patron is everything as advertised and more! My boyfriend and I along with a couple of our friends just spent a wonderful 9 days there and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The private pool and spa were wonderful to come home to after days spent at the golf course. Michelle is a wonderful host and incredibly easy to get ahold of. The house and pool are very nice and clean and the neighborhood is in a great location. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Patron in Destin!

We rented this property for our spring break- this was our second year! It works great for our family of 5. The pool is great- pay for it to be heated in early March! We did miss the golf cart this year!

Michelle & Brad are wonderful hosts, very responsive and pleasant interactions every step of the way. Their property manager is great too. The house is lovely and well-maintained. It is an easy location for beach access, especially with the golf cart. They had all the beach gear you need so no need to bring your own. Kids loved their pool in the backyard, a nice feature we particularly liked to keep socially-distanced.

Our first trip to Destin and we were very happy. Proximity to public beach access is within 10-15 minute walk. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Pool was awesome to have when it was too hot to stay at the beach. Plenty of items like beach chairs and toys provided for us to use. Community pool and tennis courts were also vet nice. The Green House!

Everything was better than we expected. Owner/Property Manager were engaged and helpful. The location is within easy walking distance to the beach. The area is quiet, very quiet, despite being so close to the beach. The pool and hot tub were squeaky clean. We all had a great time but most importantly our awesomely autistic son was living his best life in “the Green House”.
