NEW hardwood flooring throughout the home, new mattresses, beds, pillows, comforters, paint, even a brand new high efficiency pool heater. The house is simply amazing!

This is the Destin vacation you have been dreaming of! Come and enjoy every aspect of this new, beautiful home with tons of outdoor living space and the nicest private pool in Destin. This house is the only home in destiny to feature a 6' privacy wall around the pool area. this gives you complete privacy. Featuring 2 living levels with over 3,400 square feet of space. Plenty of room for two or more families. Extra refrigerator in the garage!

The first floor has a remarkable kitchen with exotic granites and huge living area complete with flat screen tv and fireplace.. The dining area gives you perfect views of the private courtyard and pool. The laundry and a bedroom with a set of Full bunks.

The second floor has 2 huge master bedrooms, both with king beds and full baths. The master over the garage also has a sitting area with a sectional and queen sized sofa sleeper.
There are also 2 other bedrooms on this level, 1 br has 2 queen beds and the other has a king bed.

The house is professionally decorated with beautiful custom furnishings throughout. High speed internet with wireless access is available throughout the home.

The property is just across the street from the beach and close to Club Destiny. Top Shelf was Top of the Line
Wow!! What an amazing vacation thanks in large part to this beautiful house in Destin. Everything was exactly as described -- customer service was quick and efficient, the pictures portrayed the house exactly as we assumed it would be, the amenities were great, check in and check out was incredibly easy! The walk to the beach took maybe 10 minutes and was a safe walk for the whole family -- never even had to cross traffic since there is an underground tunnel to go through. There was plenty of parking too if you got there before 10:30 AM. It was great having the grill for dinner and assorted beach toys and pool floats were really convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and utensils. The community area was close, just a 10 minute walk and had tennis/pickleball courts which we used often. We will definitely recommend Warren Beach Rentals!

Great location and great hosts! Patrick was very personable and prompt in his responses to us during our stay. The house had ample space for all 12 of us and the pool was a major hit! We rented the golf cart for quicker transportation to the beach for the kids, but the walk is easy to the beach. Nice, quiet community and amenities at Destiny East. Would definitely recommend this house and would rent again if given the chance.

Beautiful beach house with all the amenities you could ever need and wonderful management as well.
Top Shelf is an amazing beach house in the perfect location. We had a wonderful time! The pool was absolutely beautiful! It was very private and peaceful. We sat out by the pool for hours. We also loved the balcony that wrapped around part of the house. We enjoyed sitting out there as a family for dinner. Christy and Patrick with Warren beach rentals were amazing. They did whatever they could to make our vacation great! We cannot wait to come back next year!!

Top Shelf in Destin Fl. Was wonderful and Very Beautiful there, the house and Beach.
Our family of 12 fit very comfortably in the house plenty of space, such a beautiful place inside and out. The pool and hot tube area was very large for sitting outside. They had many pool toys for the 6 kids we had staying there. Large kitchen and dining room. They very quick to answer any questions and concerns we had. The beach was in walking distance and many restaurants near by. We would definitely stay again!!! Loved it.

Everything is great at the TOP SHELF house. This Wass our 4th or 5th stay there and we feel like it is a second home for us.The problem we had at the beginning with the refrigerator was quickly remedied and you took care of the problem immediately. Our week there was great!

A nice stay with an awesome pool area.
This house was perfect for an extended family gathering. Plenty of space inside and out. The pool area was awesome - plan on spending lots of time there during your stay. Management/owner were very responsive to questions and a few minor issues that cropped up, which were very quickly resolved. Nice quiet neighborhood that seems to work hard to keep things that way.

Nice house and great location! Needs cleaned better!
This house was a great property and great location to the beach. The backyard setup is really nice! However, house majorly needs cleaned DEEPLY. This would prevent us from renting again in the future. You literally could not walk in the house without your shoes. We all started wearing shoes in the house after we noticed the bottoms of our feet were turning black. There was hair in the shower and hair/dust in most of the corners. It was obviously only superficially cleaned. It needs a deep clean more often. The responsiveness from management team is second to none but I would recommend a new cleaning service pronto!

Great stay and wonderful house!!!
The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything was in working order! Zero issues!!! We had rented the house next door two years ago and ran into malfunctioning A/C issues. Not fun in July! This house is very well-maintained. Beautiful new flooring throughout! Good sized house. There were nine of us and we were very comfortable! Nice sectional sofa (with headrests) and it was big enough for everyone to fit for movie night! We loved the heated pool. Lots of privacy!! It’s a good size! We spent a lot of time in it with our grandchildren! It also was well-maintained and it was cleaned twice during our week’s stay. You can tell that this owner actually cares about the guests!! Lots of seating and nice, quality outdoor furniture. Part of the patio is shaded which is great too! There is a Roku TV outside on the patio but we didn’t use it. Additional pool toys, etc. were in the outside guest closet (though we had brought our own). Lovely neighborhood! Close to everything and also a super quick walk down to the beach. We chose to rent the golf cart since our grandchildren are still very young. It was also fairly new! The beds were all very comfortable! Lots of cookware in the kitchen. We had a great stay!! Would be happy to stay here next time we are in Destin.

Top Shelf was Top Notch
We travel to the Destin area at least twice a year. Top Shel was our best experience over the past many years. The home was outstanding. We walked into a very clean environment that was already cooled to an appropriate temperature level (not the experience at other properties in 2019 and 2021). This home has a very pretty pool configuration. The decking around the pool had high-end furniture with room for 20+ people to sit comfortably. The whole family loved the private pool/whirlpool. It was used daily by everyone. The extended family was very happy that the kitchen was as large as it was. It provided room for 4 cooks to be in the kitchen concurrently without issue. The common areas, inside and outside, were sized large enough to provide space for all of us together as well as plenty of space to spread out. We are already discussing when in 2023 we can return. The only item you should be aware of is that it does not come with a golf cart BUT they have a great relationship with a company that provides outstanding equipment.

The TOP SHELF Dream
Last week during our stay was one of the best vacation we have had in many years. Large house, private pool, fantastic location and management that answered any question or needs that came up. This property was walking distance to the beach as well as shopping, eating and entertainment venue very close by. If you have plans to vacation in Destin we highly recommend this property and the property management.

The property was great and in a very good location. We had a large group with two families and loved our time. We rented a golf cart which was great as well. The pool and outside areas worked great for our group. We had a group of teenagers so the seperate room above garage was excellent for giving them some space.

Great, large home with awesome pool and close walk to the beach.
It was wonderful, though quite pricy. Close to the beach and we walked ever day. The pool was wonderful, and we were gone every day; goofy golf, go carts, real golf , pedicures, the wharf, tour of Elgin with a Colonel we knew, Top Gun movie, multiple meals out!
