This one had everything we needed and more. Lots of seating, and kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. There was even another dog crate and beds available in the garage. Beds were ok, could have used better pillows. Very clean, as every Red Rock Rental we’ve stayed in has been. Check in is easy (front door does stick and is sometimes hard to open). Check out is very easy. Since it’s a larger rental company there isn’t a ton of “pre clean” that needs done like other rentals we’ve stayed in. Since we were a larger group parking wasn’t the greatest. Some people had to park farther away. Overall a great experience!

Family Get Away

We had a large family group travel to get together. This home was perfect for our group. Plenty of room, privacy, and everything we needed. Will definitely consider using this home again. Had a minor door code glitch at check in, but management was immediately available to help.

Great spot for families

This property was clean, well-equipped for cooking meals, and there were lots of good amenities for family fun: hot-tub, ping pong table in the garage, pickle-ball court 100 yards away (bring your own pickle-ball stuff), bicycles, and a lovely pool (shared). There are lots of nice trails for running and cycling. My only very minor critique is that there is only one communal living area, so if there is a large group (we were 8), it can get a little tight. However, if the kiddos are mostly outside, it is fine. It's a short 50 minutes to Zion park.

Super cute home away from home that was amazing, fun, and no one wanted to leave it was so awesome..

The house is more spacious inside than you would think from the exterior. It was conveniently located close to the freeway so easy access to the tournament we were going to, but not in a super busy part of St. George. The house was decorated beautifully, had all of the amenities you might want to have in your home but can't afford (hot tub, outdoor patios, BBQ, pool, etc.) so it let's you have this modern, contemporary "dream house" for a couple of days. It was really beautiful, super easy to check in and check out and our group of half a dozen teenagers loved it. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the St. George area. Great deal.

Amazing property for large groups!

We stayed in this property for our family Christmas vacation. The private master suites were perfect for our adult children. We loved the private balconies and hot tub! It was great space for being together but also provided options for privacy with each room having its own bathroom or plenty of balcony space for getting away from the crowd! I loved this property and plan on booking it again!

Great configuration, in-suite bathrooms were a plus, open floor plan helped our visit, quiet location, near Zion and golf. We would go back again!

Western Road Trip

This was a great, relaxing stop on our road trip out West. Plenty of space. Having bathrooms for each bedroom was a huge plus. We really liked the open concept in the downstairs, and the kitchen was perfect. Plenty of hot water for showers and baths (we’ve had issues at other properties in the past). Neighborhood was quiet even though it was busy. Our family can didn’t quite fit in the garage, but finding parking wasn’t difficult. It was a really lovely stay.

Great location, great amenities, tons of space for everyone. Ask to see the property management companies separate contract at the time of and/or before booking. Still five stars!

Great stay!

We came with our family and the property was perfect-spacious with nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The ping pong table in the garage was great and the community pool was perfect for young kids. Short drive to snow canyon and downtown st George. Great stay!

Great place. Very clean and had everything one needs. A home away from home. Our only problem was that on the next to last day the internet stopped working with speed or reliability. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Townhouse

Pros: -Great location (short drive to restaurants and activities) -Home is very nicely decorated and super comfortable. -Each bedroom has their own bathroom (huge plus) -Very large townhouse, lots of room for everyone. -Beautiful outside areas (total of 2 decks/balconies and one floor level outdoor area with a grill and table) -Felt very clean for the most part. Cons: -Internet was terrible upstairs, pretty much unusable in the bedrooms upstairs. -Sheets were clean but had some stains on them. -Jacuzzi would not warm up. (biggest disappointment) -Dishwasher was left full when we arrived. -Expensive. Overall, we had a great stay. If the place was a little less expensive (and the jacuzzi worked) then I would stay there again.

50th Anniversary Gathering

My siblings, spouses and my parents gathered to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary. It was so nice for every couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living spaces were plenty spacious for us and we even had enough spots to sit around the table together. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gear we needed, the jacuzzi was easy to use, there were plenty of towels and everything else we needed. Overall the property was awesome! And super cute to boot.

Work Retreat

The property was great for a regional work retreat. Everyone had their own master suites, 3 separate patios to relax and the ping pong table was a wonderful way to take a break between meetings. The only complaint was the cleaning crew was their when we arrived (at the scheduled checking time). They felt rushed and because of that a few things were missed (two bathrooms were not cleaned, missing toilet paper). I also had a hard time getting in touch with the management staff . I left three phone messages and two emails with no return call. Overall, I would stay here again because the property was beautiful and great location.
