This was one of the most beautiful VRBO’s. I’ve stayed at with my family. There was plenty of room, very clean, and centrally located to everything. The kitchen was stocked, and we would definitely come back and stay here again.

No complaints. The house was nice and clean. Same with the hot tub and community pool. More than enough space for 4 adults and 1 child. Not too far from the happenings in St. George. Snow Canyon State Park and Elephant Arch hike were gems .

The house was clean. Everything listed in the amenities was available. Plenty of toiletries and towels available. The only minor issues are that the backyard is not fenced in, so if you have any animals or kids be aware; and there are no sidewalks inside the housing track. With that in mind, there is a very nice park within a 5 minute walk from the front door. If I would be in the area again, I would definitely look into this property for another stay.

This was the perfect house for a packed weekend of youth baseball. Hot Tub was a big hit after our games and nice that it was private and not community shared. Everyone had their own place to sleep, it was great!

Loved it!! This was perfect for what we needed with a family that included an old grandma and two pups :) The bottom floor bedroom and bath were PERFECT for her. There was plenty enough space, and then some for everyone to have their own beds. We didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub or visit the pool, but supplies were handy and readily available for use. The yard is not fenced, so be aware when bringing pets, but that wasn’t much of an issue for us since our pups are used to using the potty on a leash since living in a townhouse anyway. Communication was fantastic! No issues checking in or out! The only suggestion would be to update the binder of instructions/rules since the booking states it’s pet friendly and why we specifically booked it, but the binder had me freaking out when it stated absolutely NO pets inside the house at any time or else you would be fined. I had to go back and check my listing online to ensure I had booked correctly. Otherwise, we all very very much enjoyed ourselves! Would definitely book again!!
