This cottage offers a fantastic stay for guests. with 3 bedrooms (queen beds upstairs) and 1 bedroom with twin on main floor (for folk's that don't like stairs!). House is perfect for a group getaway. It is just steps away from a private park with lake access. Recently remodeled and features 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths (one upstairs and one on main floor), Full Kitchen and Dining Room. Back Yard is Private and fully fenced for kids and pets! Large Front and back porch with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the lake breeze. This home is just 3 houses down from Lake Erie Vinyard Park, a private park only for homes on the street. Walk down to the lake and enjoy the park and walk down to the lake where there is a pier for fishing!
