Discover this marvelous 4-bedroom gem in Avon Lake. This amazing house features 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, perfect for a comfortable stay. With in-floor heating, AC, and WiFi, guests can stay connected and cozy. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a walk-in shower and bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. This spacious 4 bedroom century home is located on Lake Erie with lake viewing deck in back yard and lake access a short drive away. There are pickle ball/tennis courts, a large municipal pool, shopping, restaurants near by. In addition The Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital are in the vicinity. House has in-floor radiant as well as forced air heat, hot water and whole house air conditioning. There are two full (54" x 80") and two single beds with one located next to downstairs bathroom.
