The apartment is a duplex and consists of:

on the first floor, accessible at street level, a living room with a table and chairs, TV, a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people,
a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishes, pots and pans, and storage,
a separate toilet,
