The house was really nice and comfortable. Great location to downtown blue ridge and other activities. Also had a great outdoor area even though the weather didn't really allow us to enjoy it. The downstairs was a little on the cold side but was great for sleeping! Thanks for allowing us to stay.

This was the perfect property for a weekend getaway! The house was extremely clean, had comfy beds, and check in and out was extremely easy. Our kids loved the fire pit and pool table. The hot tub was clean and well kept up. We would highly recommend staying at this property!

Cute place to stay. However, the beds are HARD as a rock, dart board is missing, all pool queues are broken and missing tips, hot tub needs some maintenance. A little tlc and this place would be the place to stay.

TLC Needed

Dated home in great location. Needs maintenance and pest control. Owner hasn't focused on rental needs or comfort. Rented several other homes in much better shape in both decor and cleanliness. Several small roaches seen in home. Rental company brought spray that I used. I paid money to spray someone else's house. Owners crap in almost every closet or corner. Door combination was wrong and messed up twice in two days. Ended up with 3 different codes. Floors were so dirty that my wife ruined two pairs of socks. Paid cleaning fee for hot tub that nobody even bothered to turn on. Set on 80 but took all night to heat up. Only stayed two nights, so we didn't get to use it but once. Shared this with customer service with no offers of compensation for aggravation or extermination. They were at least nice. I'm a licensed building contractor that doesn't want to work on my vacations. Would never recommend this house.

not the best

there were a lot of issues wit this property. the below is the text i sent to vicasa: “…this place is definitely not what i expected. it needs major cleaning. i will take pictures later, but the porch is moldy, the grill is gross, the stumps where i'm assuming we're supposed to sit for the fire pit has moss all over them, the microwave handle is broken, there is a missing piece on the bottom fridge shelf so we can't use it and the other one keeps coming off, the dryer doesn't work (keeps shutting off in the middle of a cycle), many of the blinds are broken (and the screen on the front door), the closet door downstairs is broken, the stove hood light is out, the flashlights don't have batteries - it just isn't what was advertised. i am not one to complain, but i just wish all of these things were stated outright so that i could choose whether or not to stay here. we came here to escape. thank you.” later on that morning, i let them know the upstairs shower was leaking into the main-level bathroom. i did not get a response. i would not recommend this cabin.

Perfect stay!

This property was perfect for my weekend getaway! It had everything I could need from the hottub and gameroom, fire pit and running stream to the perfect mountain atmosphere! Even had snow while I was there!! Perfect Stay!

This cabin is not same color on pictures. Balcony is not clean . I am ask for clean ,they said check whit property management ,and not called me back. Inside on kitchen cabinets ,have to change mat,and have broken plate and not enough . And many more issues! I am not recommended this house!

Cozy getaway

This was a cute and private cabin,perfect for 6 people. All of the furniture was nice and my husband loved the jacuzzi tub. The kids had a fun time shooting pool and getting in the hot tub. The firepit was perfect for making Smores,and was very peaceful being next to a small creek that ran through the backyard woods. The washer and dryer worked great. We also enjoyed the tiny white chapel up the road from the cabin that you could go inside and sit for a bit to reflect. Very relaxing place to stay.

Our stay was absolutely perfect!!! This cabin is always an excellent choice. This was another successful mountain getaway for us. This cabin is perfectly located in the quietness of nature and it was spotless. Nice and clean with a very welcoming atmosphere. You felt right a home the minute you walk in. The big spacious rooms were one of our highlight. The beds were so comfortable. The peace and quietness during our stay was so refreshing. Our three nights were just so relaxing. We love this cabin and plan to return as often as possible. We plan to tell all our family and friends what a wonderful hideaway this cabin is. It's worth every minute you spend visiting it. Our hats off to the owners of this beautiful home away from home! We will certainly be back for another visit! The Herrings

Perfect Cabin

We loved everything about the cabin. It was are first cabin and we were very happy with everything. Clean, comfortable and super quiet. The only thing is the downstairs should have heater. The game room it was so cold and the room too. Also some light on the hot tub side is pretty dark at night
