Le Lacydon - Appt sur le Vieux Port

Le Lacydon is a beautiful flat ideally located on the Vieux Port in a building designed by the famous architect Fernand Pouillon.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

The flat has a magnificent wooden floor and is decorated to a high standard. It is the ideal place to visit Marseille.

Located in a central district of Marseille, the flat Le Lacydon is ideal for an authentic and historic stay to discover the city.

You'll find bakeries, restaurants and cafés, as well as the famous Vieux Port fish market. We recommend strolling through the narrow streets of Le Panier, soaking up the sun at Fort St Jean, playing a game of pétanque on the Mucem esplanade or taking a boat trip to the Calanques.

Other remarks:
- Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and beds are made on arrival.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
- Cot available in the accommodation

In order to comply with legislation, your booking will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form. This does not affect the conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

Le Lacydon accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Marseille and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and its operation, and hand over the keys.
