Nestled in a private community with a lake that has a beach, pool, and pickleball. This cozy retreat boasts 6 bedrooms, 3 baths. This home has something for everyone, you can challenge friends to shuffle board, air hockey, pool or have fun on the Pac Man. Cozy up by the fireplace, Unwind in the inviting hot tub after an exhilarating day on the slopes at the nearby mountains. Watch the wild life from the nice big deck.

The first floor features an 8 ft. pool table, air hockey, shuffle board, Pac Man arcade game and family room with large screen TV, step right out to the patio and enjoy the hot tub, patio also has a grill.

The main floor features a 20 ft. raised ceiling, fireplace and a beautiful window display that opens onto a huge deck with patio furniture. This floor also includes a dining room with a large table, fully stocked kitchen, living room with large screen TV, 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The third floor has 2 large bedrooms, and a full bath and a nice size loft with a poker table.

Our home is less than a mile to the club house, pool, lake, Pickle ball and Tennis.  Enjoy the privacy of this mountain getaway while still being conveniently located to many major attractions and ski resorts.

8 badges provided for lake/community pool, Additional wristbands are available for purchase, $10.00 per day per person, children five and under do not need any wristbands. Day passes can be purchased at the boat rental office by the lake.

We "All" enjoyed this home. Everything was just as described and even better in person. There was plenty of room and we loved that there were enough adult beds to accommodate each of our single, eight guest. All of our entertainment was within thirtyminutes of driving.

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities listed and accurate photographs. The host is very responsive and made check-in easy. It was an awesome spot for a getaway with friends who haven’t seen each other in months. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough about this house! It offers everything! It has a great game room and a hot tub!! We didn’t use the hot tub but a great asset. Close by is a pool and a lake along with other sites within a short drive. Highly recommend!!

Fun Getaway Weekend

The house has tons of sleeping spaces, an extra large dining room table, decks and balconies, which provides plenty of space for a large number of people. The hot tub, pool table, and air hockey table were bonuses. There are a ton of places to hike nearby, and a short drive from the quaint village of Jim Thorpe. We had a great weekend getaway with friends and would certainly come back.

Great house for large groups

We had a large group of 13 adults and the house was perfect. The house is very spacious and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Bedrooms/bathrooms are very large as is the deck. The dining room table fit as all for meals and games. Definitely looking forward to staying there again.

Great house , clean and beautiful ; the property manager was so helpful and nice , only thing is that some neighbors can be a little uncomfortable with living by and they definitely show it by overreacting with certain situations but besides that it was amazing!

Wonderful property!!

This was my first time staying at this property and let me just say it did not disappoint!! The house was so spacious, nice size bedrooms, and two of them had their own private balconies which we loved. Kitchen was fully stocked, and the game room on the first level was very entertaining! I have rented off Linda before at a different property and she is still a wonderful host. Very prompt with any questions or concerns. My family really enjoyed this long weekend of skiing and hot tub family time and we are hoping to stay again next year! Even our fur baby had the best time with all her favorite people. Looking forward to next year already!

Great Friends Ski Trip

This house is beautifully maintained, very clean and very comfortable. We were a large group and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen table is huge and we were all able to sit together. The kids loved the first floor with the pool table & air hockey. The hot tub was a great added bonus. The owner was very easy to deal with. This is a great house!

Amazing!

We had a large group of friends rent this property for a long weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect! From the endless activities at the house alone to the LARGE dinning room table where 16 of us fit comfortably we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The host also answered very promptly to any inquiries we had throughout the weekend which was very helpful. Beautiful property and a great rental experience we will 100% be rebooking if we ever come back for another trip to this area!

Annual family getaway weekend

Outstanding! this house was fantastic for our large group. There was plenty of room in the house. The kitchen was well stocked and big enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other when cooking meals. The 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were roomy. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the games (Pac Man, air hockey, shuffle board, pool table). Overall, my family (including a 5 and 1 year old) thoroughly enjoyed this property and would definitely rent this property again!
