This spacious getaway includes 6 bedrooms, 10 beds, 3.5 bathrooms, a luxurious master suite, large great room with 20 ft ceiling, gas fireplace, designer kitchen, dining room, loft, pool table, bar & an outdoor oasis with stone patio, grille, hot tub and driveway for 8 vehicles. Flat screen Smart-TVs are located in all bedrooms, the family room & the loft area. All linens, towels & fast WIFI included.

Don't settle for less! Rebel Ridge Retreat is large sprawling getaway that can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. The home includes 6 generously-appointed bedrooms, 10 beds, and 2 sleeper sofas.

The custom outdoor oasis behind the home includes a 6 person jetted hot tub, stone patio with lighted columns, a gas grill (no need to bring propane), and picnic seating for 18 guests.

The 2nd floor loft area includes a regulation size pool table (pool sticks included), high top bar table & chairs, sleeper sofa, and flat screen Smart TV. The loft overlooks the massive great room, floor-to-ceiling gas stone fireplace, and 2-tier chandelier.

The family room is the PERFECT spot for large gatherings and includes a custom bar, massive 25 foot tall gas fireplace, tall ceiling, skylights, and designer furniture (3 couches – one of which is a sofa bed). This room opens up to the stunning kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, convenient island, and bar stool seating. Also off of this room is the large and inviting separate dining room which has a long table with seating for 10 - perfect for intimate dinners or to celebrate special occasions.

The luxurious Master Suite includes a premium deluxe king-size bed, designer furniture, electric fireplace, large flat screen Smart TV, luxurious en-suite bathroom, and a massive walk-in closet.

All bedrooms in our home include premium mattresses, new matching furniture, individual heat thermostats, and large smart TVs.

All bed linens, pillows, blankets, comforters, and towels are included with your stay. Additionally, we include a 2 day supply of; hand soap, bath soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, etc. See guide book for full list.

Guests will enjoy the entire home and all of its amenities (except garage). The property has a very large driveway and can accommodate up to 8 vehicles. I include the cost of the first six parking passes. More parking passes can be purchased for $25/pass. Parking is not permitted on the street. Violators will be towed by the Towamensing Trails Homeowner’s Association. Landlord has no control over this rule.

The beautiful kitchen includes pots/pans, silverware, glasses, dishes, coffee cups, cooking utensils, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, etc. See guidebook for full list.

Wristbands are required to access all amenities; including the lake, pool, beach, sports courts, and clubhouse. Your reservation includes up to 8 wristbands for free. After that, you are able to purchase up to an additional 8 wristbands directly from Towamensing Trails at $10/person/day. These amenities are available only in the summer.
Homeowner/Landlord is not responsible for opening or closing of community access areas such as pool, activity areas or lake access.

No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home, however you can smoke anywhere outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated outdoor receptacles. There is a $500 fine for smoking and/or vaping inside of home.

The entire home has been professionally decorated and furnished with premium brands. Rebel Ridge Retreat is professionally cleaned & fully sanitized in between stays according to all VRBO and CDC guidelines to ensure your health and safety.

Working from home? Are the kids learning virtually? Rebel Ridge Retreat has you covered! 2 Bedrooms in our home include areas with a comfortable desk and chair so you can work privately, in the event that you have to.

Free Un-Limited High Speed WiFi. Last speed test resulted in 247 Mbps for downloads and 12 Mbps for uploads.

We include one set of bed sheets, pillow cases, and comforters for all beds. Additionally, the home comes stocked with bath towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer on the premises for you to launder these towels/linens if you wish. Please bring your own laundry detergent and fabric softener.

All of the Smart TVs in the home are ready for your own personal streaming accounts such as Hulu, NetFlix, etc. We do not provide streaming accounts or cable.

The living areas of our home feature mini-split air conditioning and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The entire home features heating with individual thermostats in each room. You can change the heating temperature in each room individually.

We utilize a "Smart Check-In" process that gives you the ability to check yourself in upon arrival with our electronic key system. We do not perform "in-person" check-ins. We try to make everything, from start to finish, as hassle-free as possible for you!

COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS & PROTOCOL
We perform a rigorous multiple point cleaning and disinfecting procedure in between each stay to ensure the health and safety of our guests. A COVID-19 waiver will need to be signed in order to confirm your reservation.

Your furry friends may be permitted for an additional fee. Please contact host for more details. Only hypo-allergenic dogs are permitted inside our home. This means that we only permit dogs that do not shed. Please inquire for more details.

Due to the size of this home, we require a minimum of 6 guests to book. Certain dates and holidays have a minimum night stay requirement. Contact host for additional details.

Must be at least 24 years of age to book a reservation. Parties are strictly prohibited. The exterior grounds have security cameras in place for both your protection as well as the homeowners.

The Pocono Mountains experience a considerable amount of snow and precipitation in winter months. Although we do make every effort to remove snow in a timely manner, there are times in which renters will have to do some shoveling, this is unavoidable.

Please note that pricing is based on the final guest count.

The outdoor grill is available for use from April 15 - November 1st. The grill will not be available for use outside this time frame to protect from the winter weather.

7 Days prior to arrival you can expect our property manager to send you a link to our Home Guidebook so you can become easily acquainted with our home and the surrounding areas.

After booking is confirmed, you will be required to fill out a form from Towamensing Trails asking for your license plate numbers.

The base nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. After that, the price increases by $50 per person per night. VRBO calculates this on its own as long as you enter in your guest count correctly. The way that they calculate this comes up on your end as "HOST FEE". If you end up with more than the amount of guests that you booked for, you will be charged $50 per person per night, for the nights that you booked.
