Thank you for your detailed review. The house is situated in a very quiet medieval village, which has 4 places to eat and drink as well as a couple of lovely grocery stores. The road is a quiet country road and there is not a lot of traffic. I have asked the owner to replace all utensils in the kitchen, however, one of the benefits of this house is that the owner lives on the farm and can bring whatever the guests need, if you ask. The swimming pool is approximately 30m from the house, set on it's own terrace strategically placed so guests can appreciate the magnicifent views of the valley below. The equipment of the apartment is very good and everything was very clean. The village with very good and nice little shops (vegetables, bread, wine ...) can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. The environment offers many possibilities. For children there is enough space around the apartment and the farm to explore a lot. The owners of the small farm are very nice (communication in Italian). Flying and braking are natural, but during our stay completely ok - no wasp seen. We would go back anytime again"

Dear Ole, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We take all our reviews seriously as we always look to improve our guests experience. I would like to address some of the points you have made. The pool is equipped with a filter and pump system that constantly cleans the water, therefore, it is not necessary for the owner to clean it everyday. The owner cleans the pool manually 2x per week which is normal practice. As this is a rural area the Wi-Fi is not as strong as in the city. If 11 people are using it to stream content at the same time then it is likely to be slow. Fortunately, there is an office that the owner welcomes the guests to use, it is possible to connect to the source which improves the speed. Unfortunately, the previous guests had not informed the owner of the broken pool furniture, however, once you informed us we made it a priority to get it replaced, which I believe the owner did the next day. The owner will check the pool furniture before guests arrive in future. Cushions for the pool furniture were in the shed. The house manager informed me that he showed you this after you had asked. I hope you and your family enjoyed your holiday in Tuscany. The layout of the house allows a large group of family or friends to enjoy a holiday Tuscany all together with the bonus of also being a 2 minute walk to a pretty village. Dear Marc, Thank you for your review. We are very happy that your group of 12 enjoyed the apartments, pool and lovely village with its 3 restaurants and bars. A unfortunate mistake was made by the house manager who had informed the owner you were arriving 1 day later. We quickly dealt with the situation and within 1 hour we had managed to locate accommodation in the village for you and your party of 12 to stay for the first night which we covered the cost for.
