The beach is right in your backyard, enjoy! Breezyville is made up of 4 houses - a beachside community that shares a pool overlooking the Gulf. The Northeast house has easy beach access, with only one Breezyville house in front.

The Northeast Sun house offers 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 26 guests. This rental is the lockout option, meaning that the third floor will be locked and not for use. Have a larger group? Book the 12 bedroom full house to accommodate 40 guests. With an ideal location in the heart of Gulf Shores, enjoy many restaurants and shops within walking distance!

On the first floor of the house, you'll find 5 bedrooms: Bedrooms 1 & 2 have a King bed each and each has a private bathroom with a bathtub & a shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen beds with a private shower/tub combo. Finally, Bedrooms 4 & 5 each have 2 Queen beds and they both share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The second floor contains a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large, cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and there is also a half bath. Also on this floor are 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 6 with 2 Queen beds & balcony access, and Bedroom 7 with 3 Twin over Twin bunks. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
