Great location

This was a great central location in Ruidoso. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and saw several deer and elk walking through the property. The porch was the best part of this property. The kitchen was well stocked.

We stayed here over the July 4th weekend. The house was adorable. Had no issues. Beds and living room furniture were extremely comfortable. It is in a neighborhood so no views to speak of but the area was very nice. Only thing I wished for was a fenced in yard to take the dogs out, but we managed on halters and leashes. We would definitely stay here again.

That's fantastic to hear you enjoyed your July 4th weekend stay with us! We're so glad you found the house adorable and had no issues. It's wonderful that the beds and living room furniture were comfortable, and we appreciate your understanding about the neighborhood setting. We also appreciate your feedback regarding a fenced-in yard for your dogs. We understand that would be a great amenity for pet owners, and we'll certainly keep that in mind for future improvements. We'd love to welcome you back again!

My entire family enjoyed our stay in Mountain Memories, we were able to spend time together while still having our privacy. My 11 year old twins LOVED it there & didn't wanna come home!! We were already talking about spending Christmas there!! The bed frame in one of the guest bedrooms broke the 2nd morning we were there, maintance was out to fix it immediately, very friendly & helpful members!!

Family House

The location was good for our family. The inside of the house was clean and well kept, but a bit dated. Not great curb appeal but again it was clean. Great layout to allow for family time that we needed. Easy to work with property management.

Relaxing and quiet

The house is huge and roomy for 5 peoples. Plenty of mule deers around the neighborhood. That area is so quiet, not many cars. We love it, we will come back again. The people who are working at CozyCabins are so friendly and warm.

It would be nice if there was an additional key for the home.

It would be nice if there was an additional key for the home. At times we were not all together so we had to wait for the person with the key to get to the cabin.
