About this property

Family friendly Villa footsteps from beach

Atrium Villa footsteps from beach and pool. Located adjacent to St. Thomas's luxury resort Margarita Villa. Gated Community. Full kitchen, cable TV, A/C, fully equipped kitchen, outside dining area in our atrium patio.
Free parking close to villa. 2 Minute walk to beach and pool. Walking distance to Coki Beach and Coral World. Peaceful neighborhood of 10 buildings with 4 villas each surrounded by tropical gardens.

Our property manager, B, is available to help guests. We provide fresh towels, and beach towels.


We are located at the eastern part of the Island, many beautiful beaches within 5-15 minute drive, walking distance to Coki Beach and Coral World.
Close (8-9 min drive) to the Ferry Dock and Red Hook, home of many great Bars and Restaurants.
Shopping and Super Market 8 minute drive away, Market Place (inside Margarita Ville) is a small store and deli.

Our guests have access to the Pineapple Village Pool and the Beach.
As far as our neighboring resort is concerned, guests have access to the Margaritaville Restaurant and Market Place.
Our guests DO NOT have access to the resort pool or the beach chairs of the resort. Our Pineapple Pool has plenty lounge chairs as well as tables and chairs.

3 Bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, walled in private Atrium patio.
Our villa is equipped with state of the art appliances, luxurious bedding, ensuite bathrooms to all bedrooms, A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms.

Free parking close to our villa. Renting a car is really the way to go.
"Safari Buses" will stop at the entrance to our property, though not very punctual (It's the islands...) or frequent.
Taxis are available at the resort all the time.

We highly recommend renting a car. St. Thomas has many beaches to explore and many fabulous restaurants to dine in. Public transportation and taxis are available, but renting a car is much preferred.

wonderful experience

We had a great stay at the condo. It is very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Linens were high quality, and the kitchen is well equipped. Location is great. Only suggestion for improvement would be to have on-site laundry.

Great Vacation on St. Thomas!

The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Property was very clean, well stocked and the location was truly unbeatable. We were steps away from beautiful beaches, delicious restaurants, and close to the charming Red Hook neighborhood. We had an amazing time and we would absolutely stay at this property again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, convenient place to stay.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. The host was expedient in her responses and the manager B was on top of everything. The place was well stocked and very clean. We would recommend this place. We weren’t able to take full advantage of Margaritaville due to the seaweed smell. It was VERY PUNGENT but there is nothing the resort could do about it. They said July is the season for it. All in all we were very happy with these accommodations and would stay there again.

All was very good with the exception of loss of electricity 2 separate times. We were told a generator would kick in but it was broken resulting in loss of electricity and water for hours. We did enjoy our stay very much!

Great week

We had a great weeks stay at this condo but had cold showers. Contacted the host but no one came so we all had to finally start showering in the same bathroom off the kitchen. It is however a very Nice place, cool & a Very good location!

Great first stay in St. Thomas

Trying to find suitable lodging for 4 couples on St Thomas was a challenge. We lucked out with this space. The 3 bedroom villa was roomy inside and out. The large bedrooms and baths were very nicely done. Our favorite had to be the fantastic private courtyard which was perfect for 8 of us hanging out, dining, enjoying the sun or reading a book. The inside living area was also perfect in case it rained but we never had to move inside. We also enjoyed the location. You can walk to a beautiful local beach and there is also a fun restaurant very close. Our friends want to meet up here again some day. Thanks for the great stay.

Beautiful vacation home close to Margaritaville restaurant and a very short walk to Coki Beach

Everything at Blazing Villas was as advertized. Three huge bedrooms with beautiful ensuite baths and very comfortable bedding. Much larger than I would have expected. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Looked as though the entire unit had been recently remodeled. We especially enjoyed the private courtyard and the well equipped kitchen. Although our group only rented for three nights we wish we could have stayed longer. Marrianne the owner was very helpful and Veronica the housekeeper assisted arranging for taxis, an island tour and answering questions about the unit. You just can’t go wrong staying at Blazing Villas.

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

Everyone was so responsive with questions and it was easy to contact the pro berry manger with any problems, questions. Tho use house was clean with the exception of a missing lightbulb and a few things that didn’t work. But it was not at all a deal breaker. The property had outdoor patio space and was nicely maintained. They even allowed wedding preparations such as photographers and hair and make up to take place at the villa. Thank you for making our trip that much more special!

Pretty place; mostly comfortable.

Pretty landscaping, nice large 3-bedroom unit with comfortable beds and spacious marble bathrooms. Unfortunately, none of the bedroom TVs worked and Wayne, the nice gug they sent could not get a signal , so we gave up. The bedrooms were cool and comfortable with the AC on max continuously, but the small unit for the living area could not keep up with the outside temps in the 80’s, and the result was a warm, muggy main room during the day..A final comment…Nadine, the property manager and local contact, was friendly, responsive, and very helpful.

Great experience at this 5 star location. Close to a couple walkable beaches. Excellent close drivable beach alternatives. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. Great for families or couples. We would stay here again.

Coral World parents

The villa was a perfect place to stay as we were close to Coral World were our daughter works. The villa was spacious and the beds super comfy. The only problem we had was several times during our month stay we lost water. The villa manager was on it as soon as I notified her. The plumber Wayson was awesome and worked hard on resolving the problem. At times the water supply to the villa was unreliable and required careful management by us and our guests.

Great Vacation!

The villa was the perfect set up for our group (3 couples). We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials to include cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc… The location was great, right next door to Margaritaville. There is a small grocery store within walking distance. Very quiet community. We usually had the pool to ourselves in the evenings. We were disappointed with the beach that was, to us, unusable due to the sargassum seaweed. There was a lot of it and the smell was terrible. Luckily, there are many other beaches on the island that are must sees! Nadine was great and responsive. Overall a great vacation. We plan to come back as soon as we can!

Clean Property and Great Location

Property was very clean, well stocked and great location. The location of the property was very convenient to Margaritaville which allowed us to walk to the restaurant, bar, store and beach. My family would absolutely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, convenient place to stay.

Great location, spacious condo.

The condo was located perfectly for us in Pinapple Village as we have family living there. Being next to Margaretaville was a bonus without having the hustle and bustle of being in a resort. The condo was the perfect size for the group, the accommodations very nice and the kitchen had what we needed. We did have some problems with maintenance. There was a definitive smell. It was especially noticeable in the main living area and hallway. Also one of the bedroom air conditioners had a constant drip. We arrived on Saturday and the main air conditioner may have been cleaned because we noticed an improvement by Thursday. The drip in the bedroom was never resolved. We were told the a/c tech would return but he never did. We did have a nighttime visitor twice who enjoyed a snack. Never saw it or any signs other than the bites. They brought in some deterents. We just made sure we put everything away. No more issues. Except for the smell issues, nothing interfered with our family vacation. Would stay there again.

Paradise Perfect

This villa is PERFECT! Beautiful, spacious, and so close to Margarita Ville beach for scenic sunset views. Private, clean, and has all the amenities and more. Close to other beaches and restaurants and Red Hook. The Host was great and we can't wait to come back. The villa will make your paradise vacation the best of the best. Enjoy

We lived in St. Thomas for 20+ years, part of it on sail boats as charter captains. Marc sailed to St.Thomas from his native Rhode Island, while Marianne, coming from Austria found the islands looking for sailing paradise. Marc founded Blazing Photos, and at one point had 4 One Hour Photo Labs on St. Thomas while also being an active photographer. After moving to Florida we concentrated on our corporate clients and have traveled the world doing photography.

Why they chose this property

We first bought in Pineapple Village in 1989. Our children grew up here and enjoyed life in one of the only properties on St. Thomas that is flat, by the ocean, gated, and a community where we actually could walk trick or treating....
After we moved to Florida we kept the property to enjoy the tranquility and laid back atmosphere of Pineapple Village. We travel the world with our clients doing photography and whenever we need rest, serenity, a nice breeze and Caribbean way of life we enjoy our vacation home. We renovated our villa to make it a wonderful, cozy experience, while we also equipped it with everything our modern life requires.
