Villa Anna is a family-friendly villa with a big private pool near picturesque beaches in the outskirts of Athens. It is situated on a 1,400 square-metre plot of land. It overlooks the sea, the mountains and olive groves. Guests can enjoy this view from its various terraces.
This 262 square-metre villa has got 7 bedrooms, five of which have queen-sized beds. The remaining two are single bedrooms. There is a bathroom on each of its three floors. The bathroom on the upper floor has a washing machine. It's living room and dining room are both very spacious. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. All rooms are fitted with air conditioners.
The most striking feature of the outdoor area is the 100 -square-metre swimming pool that includes a shallow part for children. It is surrounded by a lawn with sun beds where guests can find pleasure lying in the sun. Next to the pool, there is a covered barbeque area which includes a long table and a bar. There is a shaded parking space for 4 cars.

Villa Anna is in a convenient location. It's only 20 km from the Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos". The historic centre of Athens is only 40 km away. There is frequent bus/metro transport. A beautiful coastal route takes you to the Cape of Sounio where you can take delight in the sunset at the ancient ruins of the Temple of Poseidon. You can even go on a full-day​ cruise to nearby islands from the Marina Flisvos which is only a thirty-minute drive from the house.
There are various beaches within easy reach of the Villa. Some are sandy with beach umbrellas, sun beds and canteens that sell snacks. Others are pretty little pebble bays with crystal clear water.
It's only a 3-minute drive to the main shopping area. There are supermarkets, bakeries, meat and fresh fish markets and pharmacies. There is a playground with inflated toys for kids. There are also 2 grocery stores within walking distance. You can enjoy coffee and pastries at cafes by the sea and sample traditional Greek food at the local tavernas. A few night clubs/bars are in the area.

Relaxing family holiday

Anna and her daughter Sofia were exceptional hosts. They checked us in with no fuss at all and gave us lots of very useful local information - restaurants, places to visit. The villa itself is very spacious, great for our family and the pool was wonderfully well maintained. We hired a car for this holiday - a must for this location. So much to see, many places just minutes away.

The house is amazing. Huge, there were 9 of us and we didn't even use two of the bedrooms (each bedroom has AC).The pool is enormous and secluded, the BBQ area is great for large families, the pictures didn't do it justice.We required a hire car; from the house we went to central Athens (45 minutes), the ferry port for a day trip (1 hour), Lidl (10 minutes) and there are some excellent restaurants within 15 minutes drive.It was a wonderful villa, a great space for us all, however, Anna made it five stars.

Excellent Getaway for a Family!

We were a family of 10 who stayed 10 days in Villa Anna. The house was large enough for each person to have a room. The three bathrooms were plenty for us to use. Anna responded to every inquiry alarmist immediately. Her husband and daughter were friendly hosts who assisted us with the swimming pool and barbecue.

Nice pool area

Best part of the house is the very nice pool area with large table to accommodate larger groups. And the large pool! Large house but somewhat dated interior. Surrounding area is varied with some nice houses mixed with empty plots and ongoing building projects. And a fair bit of dogs which can be a bit noisy.

Relaxing Family Time

There was 10 of us ranging from 1 year to 61 year, the villa is lovely we all felt very relaxed plenty of room, kids loved the pool. Also kitchen was well equipped. The host Anna was brilliant, any questions she answered promptly and made suggestion for all the local amenities, while we were there we did get evacuated because of the fires, but Anna kept us informed of what was happening and when it was safe to come back. I would recommend having a car, we didn’t and had to rely on Uber taxis which was a struggle to get at times for us all.

A perfect family home, if you come as a big family, and a fantastic host familly

We are a family of 13, in the age from 55 years to 10 month, and there where all the facilities we needed in the house. The house was charming, clean and have perfect both in site and out site facilities - big rooms, big living rooms, and a huge out side grill area + a huge and very clean pool. The location is perfect - 15 minutes drive from the airport and 30 minutes from Athen, or Posidons temple. But the best about this house is the host family. Owner Anna and her husbond Stavros are extremly helpfull, and perfect host. As they know the area, they helped us to some extraordinary experiences, and were available all the time. We can highly recommend this house - it is absolutely worth the money, and more than that.

Fantastic Holiday, Wonderful Villa, Excellent Hosts.

We were a family group of 13 and we stayed at Villa Anna for a week. We ranged in age from 16 months to 60 years. We had the most fantastic holiday. The villa was spacious, spotless, had the most extensive kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery than I have ever experienced in a holiday accommodation and also had very comfortable beds. The outside area was impeccably maintained and the pool was wonderful and constantly checked. We particularly liked the many safety features, such as stair gates and the fencing around the pool, which was great for the smaller people in our group. We had excellent communication with Anna and her son Jim and they were a great help when a family emergency required one of the group to go home earlier than planned. This is the ideal property for a large family holiday!

We had a very nice stay. Hosts were great and the big plus of the property is the garden and large pool. The hosts maintained the grounds and pool during our stay to ensure it was kept clean and tidy.

Great villa with great owner

Very well equipped villa, very well maintained, great host (Anna), who took care of all our requests.Just be aware that the villa is a little bit remote, in an area that will probably expand in the next couple of years - but, for now, is a bit isolated. Overall, a great experience for my family!

Schöner Urlaub nahe Athens

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem riesen Pool. Ideal für eine große Familie oder wie wir mit Freunden. Der Weg nach Athen ist etwas weiter aber war noch ok. Der Check in und die Abreise war sehr gut und auch die Tipps von den Hauseigentümern waren genial. Wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

A great house

The house is great with 3 floors, each with a bathroom, and several bed rooms and open/common areas. But the best parts are the outside areas with several terraces as well as a BBQ area with a big dining table and bar - and of course the pool, which the kids loved. Also, the landlord Anna and her husband, are very helpful, flexible and serviceminded. As well as very fast returning messages/emails. We could definately come back here.

Geräumiges Haus, großartiger Pool und nette Vermieterin

Sehr geräumiges und gut aufgeteiltes Haus mit einem großartigen Pool und einer sehr gepflegten Außenanlagen. Ideal für große Familien oder einer Gruppe von Freunden, so wie wir es waren. Beim Grill sollte man beachten, dass diese selbst besorgt werden muss. Wir hatten leider keinen Einkaufsmöglichkeit gefunden, um welche zu kaufen. Idealerweise hat man ein Auto, das Haus liegt eher in einer ruhigen Gegend und große Einkäufe sind bequemer mit den Auto zu erledigen. Bars, Restaurants, Strand und grössere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß ca. in 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Zwei kleine Supermärktenfür die wichtigsten Lebensmittel sind ca. 5-10 min entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthalts war wirklich gut und sehr schnell. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit!

A villa with many views

This villa is very well suited for 3 or 4 families. It is very large and it has a fantastic pool. (one part of the pool is about 1 meter, the other 4 meters deep) There are stores nearby (if you want something small you can find the "European Mini Market" at about 5 minutes driving or for something bigger: "Market-In" at about 10 minutes driving) The beautiful Attica views can be seen from its terraces. There are many beautiful beaches around: Lagonissi, Sounio, Mojito or Vouliagmeni. (varying from 15-35 mins by car) If you are ok with driving for 1 hour you can go to Schinias beach near Marathon. Athena is 45 minutes drive. The tavernas around are ok (pork, chicken, lamb, tzatziki, greek salad...), unfortunately the fish is quite expensive even if the sea is everywhere :). One very nice tavern is Diamantis nearby the villa or if you go to Schinias: The Good Heart. Coming back to the villa: the Wi-Fi is not always working too well and the Garbage Bins around (the closest is at 5 mins by car) are not always often emptied. You also have to be careful at the hot water: the photovoltaic panels might get covered by the wind (they have sort of a cover protection) and in that case the panels won't work anymore. The villa has many other neighboring villas so in case you'll have the bad luck to have noisy neighbors you might have a problem with the afternoon sleep :) I want also to highlight one unpleasant aspect: the landlord tried to have us paying for the pool vacuum cleaner (she said that it got broke after we checked-in). After telling her that we won't pay anything she gave up this idea. Even though the result was that for one week the pool wasn't cleaned at all.

Lagonissi offers the perfect balance of peace, views, community and infrastructure whilst not being too far or too close to the city. But close enough when needed. The best thing is how close to the coast it is and of course the fact it is close even to the airport.

What makes this property unique

Villa Anna was built in 1984. Before Lagonissi became a popular escape from the city. The main ambition when this place was being materialised, was space, views and hospitality for its guests. A big pool to enjoy diving, swimming or just relaxing. Big visitor capacity for BBQs or hosting for friends and family indoors. Space for the kids or pets to play around, and of course the views and peace. You will notice all areas of the house, indoors and outdoors are built/designed in mind with togetherness, getting loved ones together to celebrate life.
