Upper floor: a wonderfully decorated living and dining room with a kitchenette. This floor opens to a balcony allowing breathtaking views to the sea. 2 bedrooms and 1 modern bathroom.
Ground floor: a modern and spacious kitchen with view on the garden, the swimming pool and the sea. Direct access to a relaxing deck, a swimming pool and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. 2 bedrooms and 1 modern bathroom.
Lower level: a spacious playroom area with 1 bathroom and a sofa bed for 2.

Repos près de la mer

Situé près de la mer et de quelques plages, bel endroit nécessitant par contre une voiture. L’appartement est très bien équipé, spacieux et possède une vue magnifique! Il y a même une jolie petite piscine privée et un grand patio et cour arrière avec chaise longue. Nous sommes très heureux d’avoir eu la chance d’être là. Les Propriétaires Benoit et Kleopatra sont gentils et disponibles.

Lovely villa. Great views and very helpful host. Had everything we needed and more. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Rooms were clean, great bathrooms and great kitchen areas (x2) We didn’t have a hire car as was a wedding so just be aware not many shops near by but the little man down by the gas station is a legend and the beach bar and local restaurant was great. Would come again.

Our stay at this location exceeded our expectations. The home is immaculate and has everything you need for a great stay. The home was spacious and accommodated all our needs. We were a family of 5, and had plenty of space to roam. We didn’t have kids in our party, but the home has a bonus room that kids would love. The host was extremely attentive and available for all our needs. One thing to note. If you are traveling with kids or a senior, it has spiral stairs that are worth noting for three levels. We traveled with my 76 year old Mom and she was limited to the main floor mostly, and there was no television on the main floor so she stayed in her room to watch her IPad while the rest of us would watch a movie on another level. She was scared to navigate the stairs regularly. So small children would definitely need to be watched carefully. When trying to order food, we were not able to due to our phone number not being local. But Benoit was there for the win late night to help out with that by verifying through his phone number. We didn’t have a rental car so ordering food was a must. We were eventually about to order through Wolt Delivery App. The options were great and we could order through WhatsApp. I would recommend a rental car to get around. The beach is close, but walking back is uphill and may be challenging for some. Thank you Benoit for allowing our family to stay in your lovely home. We would definitely use again if and when we travel back to Athens!

Wonderful Experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Greece! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome – they were warm, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed, from local tips to restaurant recommendations.The villa itself was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could ask for. The view from the villa was truly breathtaking – waking up to that panorama every morning was a highlight of our trip.The location was ideal: peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to charming local restaurants, beaches, and everything else we wanted to explore. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Benoit is a kind, warm, and exceptionally accommodating host. He went out of his way to address some last-minute requests as my family settled into our temporary home. Stay was outstanding and great communication

We had an amazing time. Greece is so beautiful. The host home have an outstanding view. Everything in this home is new. We had everything we need. Host helped us after locking ourselves out the house. Host was always attentive to our needs. He was an amazing friend name Saki who has a chauffeur business. Host provided his number. He took us thru town and gave us a tour. He provided all transportation service. My family and I greatly recommend Saki for your driver in your future trip to Greece. Saki, can pick you up from and drop you off airport. He droves us to catch the ferries and picked us up after. We took the entire day to do island hopping after we were done with our tour. I want to say thank you to the host for making us feel like we were family and for recommending us Saki. Our trip was outstanding with no stress. We relaxed snd enjoyed the ride and really enjoyed Greece!!

This villa is a beautiful dream. The view off the balcony is breath taking. It has all the amenities that you need I wished it was in walking distance of stores or restaurants, but perfect for what is was. Our hosts were amazing and always on top of things I’d stay again

Perfect place for a perfect Holiday

We had a wonderultime at Benoit's and Kleopatra's place in Anavissos. They were kind enough to greet us at their place upon our arrival and explain everythong to us. Thos place is equipped with everything you can imagine. Every single room is equipped with AC. There are a lot of nice beaches and hiking trails in the area. Thanks to our hosts for their suggestions, we had went to some local restaurants to have great sea food and also Greek cuisines. One piece of advice, this villa is located in a hill (and of course with a great view) and the closest super market is about 7 minutes driving from this place, so consider having a car when you book this palce. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back to Benoit's and Kleopatra's place.

We rented this Villa for our daughter's wedding, It is recently renovated very clean and has breathtaking views. We really enjoyed every single moment and the communication with the hosts and specially with Cleopatra was amazing. Explore and relax

We enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. We relaxed by the pool, enjoyed the view from the balcony and the good restaurants nearby. The house is within driving distance of Athens and the Peloponnese (e.g Mykene and Korinth canal) are also within reach. Thanks Benoit for your help throuhgout our stay. Highly appreciated.

The place is lovely and so well equipped. Everything you could need and very helpful host Kleopatra who wnet out of her way to help. We loved the view, pool and the cats especially.

We had a lovely stay here, Benoit was extremely welcoming & helpful, allowing us an early check in, the only drawback is the layout of the villa, the online description wasn’t very clear regarding the bedrooms, there is an open plan space on the lower level with a bedroom that can be partitioned off with a folding door and a small room with bunk beds & no window, then on the ground floor, this is again an open plan area with one double bedroom off if it, the other bedroom is actually part of the open plan area which combines the entrance hall with the front door opening straight into it, access to the shared bathroom, access via another door through to the patio/pool and an open plan spiral staircase in the corner so nobody can access the other floors without coming through this room, therefore lacking in privacy. Other than this the villa itself was lovely with a gorgeous view from the upstairs kitchen/lounge/balcony area, it would just have been helpful to have been aware of the layout as this wasn’t ideal for us but for others it may not be an issue

Relaxing holiday despite Storm Daniel

Benoit and Kleopatra were fantastic hosts, especially as they have only recently taken over the property, and we had some unprecedented storm conditions. The property is very nice, well equipped and with some amazing sea views. We hired a car, so it allowed us to visit some lovely restaurants along the coast and do some sightseeing in Athens. Benoit was very helping with providing suggestions on where to park and visit. For your awareness, one of the double bedrooms is in an open plan space, this wasn't an issue for us. Overall a great villa and location for a relaxing family holiday.

Impressive property, great base but need a car

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious property, with lots of outdoor and indoor space, lovely views from the top floor, and a nice sized pool. The property has only just changed hands. : the host Benoit was excellent. The arrangement of the bedrooms might not suit everybody, as one double bed is in the huge lounge, with no door. There are two other double bedrooms one has a folding door, and a room with bunk beds (but no windows). You really need a car, as there aren't any shops nearby, although you can walk down to the nearest beach / beach club, and you can also get food delivered to the property. There's a good supermarket (MyMarket) in Saronida about 10 minute's drive away, and also some good restaurants in Palaia Fokaia. There are several beach clubs nearby - our favourite was Alopigia, just a few minutes drive away with a relaxed atmosphere, great beach and clean water and great food and service. Athens is an hour drive away to the north, and Poseidon's temple at Sounion is only 30 minutes drive to the south, along the good coast road. We loved the property, the area and the Greek people.

We had an Amazing stay at Athena's beautiful property. Athena was amazing and certainly deserves the title of "Super Host!" she was great and very attentive. We LOVED every minute here and I would highly reccomend staying here. Also the location was great, 20 min or so from the airport, an hour from Athens. we drove all over for day trips.

Beautiful area!

The property is gorgeous & fit our needs. The sitting areas are beautiful from the kitchen dining upstairs ( we had coffee on the balcony every morning ), to the outside sitting area by the pool where my sister & bil sat & visited for hours. You are about a 1 hour taxi drive in to the Center of Athens. Relaxing & secluded. If you are looking for busy, shopping, restaurants - maybe consider the use of taxi. We cooked one night, and delivered food in from Mulberry’s- yummy & so nice and patient. You are not really close to mini-mart or Restaurant. The first night we ate at Mythos Tavern - a mild 10-15 minute walk- careful crossing road! Fast drivers. Views from the upper balcony unforgettable. 5 min (steep) walk down to the beach for a swim. Saw a small octopus! The pool on property VERY clean. Since cats are a thang in Greece you will meet that family too at the property. They are all sweet. We used this wonderful company as our driver at our disposal A dependable, responsive & ALWAYS early: Athens-my transfer.com ( Angelos, Theo & Dimitri). We washed clothes one night. Hot water in Greece at this property and many others tricky. The water tank is heated by the sun so if it’s cloudy - maybe a tepid shower . We loved immersing ourselves at the calm beachside of Anavyssos. 5-star experience for us!

A wonderful holiday at the villa

Amazing view, plenty of garden to sunbathe, great to pool to swim and cool down in. The villa was well equipped and Athena the host was available to help us with anything else we needed. The location was within ten minutes walk of the beach, 10 mins from a great taverna but otherwise you’d need a car or to make use of the buses. Taxis were difficult to track down. We went in to Athens one day, which was hassle free. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a very chilled holiday.

Amazing stay!

We rented the villa in late August, we are a family of 4 with two older children (20 and 17 years old) The villa was clean and spacious, there was ample room to eat together as a family as well as have privacy if we wanted it. The beach was ten minute walk away but we had hired a car and were able to easily explore the local area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and supermarkets too, The host was alway at the end of an email or text message and incredibly helpful and hospitable. She checked us in and then kept in touch throughout our stay. We didn’t have any issues with the villa, it was clean and appliances/ AC in good working order. The pool was clean and my children loved the outdoor area which had plenty of seating and sun beds. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Super Unterkunft, absolut empfehlenswert

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe bestehend aus 5 Personen im Alter zwischen 18-27 Jahren gereist und können mit voller Überzeugung diese Mietvilla weiterempfehlen. Haus, Pool und Lage sind perfekt. Fußweg zum nächsten Strand ca. 10min, die Aussicht vom Haus in Richtung Meer ist atemberaubend. Kontakt, Check in sowie Check out mit der Vermieterin lief Problemlos und schnell.
