Daphnis Villas koostuu 4 huvilasta, Chloe, Ioli, Fedra ja Danae rakennettu noin 96 mÂČ m2 uima-allas, 200 m. rannalta, vuorenĂ€köalalla ja merinĂ€köalalla.
Jokainen huvila sopii 6 hengelle, ja siinÀ on 3 makuuhuonetta, 1 tÀysin varustettu kylpyhuone ja 1 WC.

Aluksi Daphnis Villas rakennettiin, jotta voit tarjota sinulle ainutlaatuisen oleskelun kokemus.
Jokainen huvila on 110 mÂČ. kooltaan jaettuna kolmeen kerrokseen.

KATUTASO

Kun saapumme jokaiseen huvilaan - riippumattomasta sisÀÀnkÀynnistÀ maanpinnalla - törmÀÀmme suuriin, tÀysin varusteltuihin olohuoneisiin. Olohuoneen kerros on pÀÀllystetty marmorilaattojen korkeimmalla laadulla.

Olohuoneen vieressÀ on ruokailutila, josta on kaunis nÀköala uima-altaalle. TÀysin varustetussa keittiössÀ voit valmistaa mitÀ tahansa haluamaasi erikoisuutta.
Pohjakerroksessa on pieni vieraskylpyhuone (WC).

Jokainen Villa pohjakerroksessa on oma tila vieressÀ uima huoneen aurinkotuoleja, sateenvarjo, sohvapöytÀ ja 6-osainen ruokailuryhmÀ.

ENSIMMÄINEN KERROS

Kun otamme marmoriportaat ensimmÀiseen kerrokseen, nÀemme kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone.
Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, tilava vaatekaappi ja televisio.
Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta, vaatekaappi ja kaunis parveke nÀkymÀ uima-altaalle.

Kylpyhuoneessa on marmori, jossa on suuri kylpyamme. Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on tÀydentÀvÀt kylpytuotteet.

EnsimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa on suuri veranta, joka koostuu 6-osaisesta istuimesta. Pohjimmiltaan se koostuu toisesta ulkona olevasta olohuoneesta, josta on panoraamanÀköala merelle ja Lefka Ori.

TOINEN KERROS

Toisella tasolla on viihtyisÀ parvi, joka sisÀltÀÀ kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta ja vaatekaappi. Parvella pÀÀsee suoraan ensimmÀisestÀ kerroksesta ilman ovia vÀliin.
Jokaisen makuuhuoneen parkettilattia on valmistettu korkealaatuisesta tammipuusta.

Huoneen siivouspalvelu tarjotaan kahdesti viikossa ja vuodevaatteet / pyyhkeet vaihdetaan kahdesti viikossa.

LisÀksi jokaisella huvilalla on oma parkkipaikka.

Suuri keskitetty uima-allas (96 mÂČ) sisĂ€ltÀÀ myös poreallas ja uima-allas lapsille.

Jokaisen huvilan ulkotila tarjoaa tilaa rentoutumiselle ja muulle toiminnalle.
Kellarikerroksessa on minikeittiö, jossa on myös sauna, höyrysauna (lisÀmaksusta) ja minikuntosali.
Monimutkaisella etelÀpuolella on kaunis 600 neliömetrin ruohopuutarha, josta löytyy lasten leikkipaikka ja pöytÀtennis.

Excellent in all respects

We are a family of 22 aged from 0.5 to 60 years old. Every year we stay in a house in a different country. Daphnis Villas was probably the best one to date. The overall plan with the 4 villas, the common area, huge pool, and BBQ/dining/playground area offer the rare option to have both privacy and be together in family. The quality of the infrastructure is very good. Last but no least, Maria is a gracious, friendly and efficient host who leaves in front of the property and is always available to help or fix any issues. Not to forget the delicious olive oil gifts from Maria that we are bringing back home. Kids loved it, and so did adults.

Perfect in every way!

This is a wonderful place for large groups. We were a family group aged between 15 and 76. We have been on many holidays together but everyone agreed that this was the best yet! The villas are so well equipped, the pool and garden areas are delightful and would also be suitable for younger children. It was perfect. We were all together, but had our own space too. Maria and her husband went above and beyond to help my mother with a medical issue and we were so grateful. Exceptional service - thank you so much. We all hope to visit again in the future 😊

Family stay in all 4 houses

We stayed at Daphnis Villas for one week, 15 persons with an age span from 5 to 73 years. This place was perfect for us, being a big group with people with different needs and day rythms. Each family had their own house, but most of the time was spent in the common area for meals, sunbathing and swimming. The pool is quite big, and there is also a ping-pong table which we used a lot. The barbeque area was perfect for common meals, but we also had many of our dinners at restaurants by the beach (5 min by bike, 15-20 min on foot). The owners provided several bicycles to our disposal, which was very practical. The beach is just a couple of minutes walking distance from the houses, and there is also a restaurant with tables in the shadow and sunbeds for the customers in this part of the beach. The landlady Maria was very helpful, she drove us around and showed us the area the first day, and stopped by to see if we needed anything during our stay. The houses and the area were clean and wel held. We rented a car during our stay, which was practical for grocery shopping, but we also could have managed well without. We would definitely recommend Daphnis Villas!

Perfekt ferie

Vi var en storfamile pÄ 24 stykker i alderen 0-76 Är som hadde en fantastisk ferie pÄ 14 dager i Daphnis Villas. Maria var en fantastisk vert som var oppmerksom og hjelpsom pÄ alle mulige mÄter. BassengomrÄdet fungerte meget godt med tilstrekkelig med plass og solsenger. 3 6 Äringer lÊrte Ä svÞmme i bassenget og vil nok huske denne ferien lenge. Leilighetene var meget funksjonelle med vaskemaski n, oppvaskmaskin og alt man trengte for matlaging. Det var gode muligheter for bÄde fellesskap og privatliv pÄ dette feristedet. AC pÄ alle rom var ogsÄ helt fantastisk. Vi brukte grillomrÄdet mange kvelder og hadde noen fantastiske solnedganger og kveldsstunder sammen. Vi kan anbefale stedet pÄ det varmeste

Perfect Family Holiday

Maria’s villa is an absolutely perfect place for a family vacation. We were 14 people between the ages of 8 - 80. Every single one of us loved the villa. The pool is beautiful and so much larger than it looks in the pictures. Maria is an incredible host. She is warm and helpful and can give you any advice you need. The villas themselves are so well-appointed. You will not need anything at all. Everything you can think of is provided. The location is also perfect. It is a 4 minute walk to a small beach with great swimming. It is an easy drive to Balos and Falassarna if you want to see more famous beaches. There are so many great restaurants and bakeries within an easy walk of the villa. We would absolutely love to come back again. Maria has really created the perfect family vacation spot. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Best holiday ever!

What an amazing holiday we’ve had at Daphnis Villas! The owners were so helpful and the groceries provided for our arrival was a lovely touch. Each villa had everything we needed to make our holiday the best! The cleaning service provided meant we could holiday and not worry about anything else. We would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be coming back. Thanks again Maria for letting g us stay in your beautiful villas

Lovely villas with everything you need and more. Well maintained and lovely design and setting

Perfect for us. 16 people. 4 families. 2 grandparents in one. 2 families of 5 in 2 others and 1 family of 4 in other. Kids ranging from 19 to 4. All enjoyed. Pool big enough. Barbecue facilities good. Good eating relaxing spaces. Maria lives close by and available for advice eg taxis, trips and shopping. Gave us a lift to larger supermarket first day for big shop. Bakery, mini market, pharmacy, beach and small restaurants nearby. Slightly longer walk to more restaurants and supermarket in Maleme nearby. Aqua park was good. Not too busy. Good place for family bonding and relaxing

Brilliant for a big family group

We hired the whole place for a big family anniversary. It was perfect for us, like having a private hotel. Chania is amazing, and the villas are a great base for exploring the island. Spotlessly clean thanks to Maria the daily cleaner who is lovely. Our only issue was that on the day of check out both the cleaner and the owner were camping out waiting for us to leave from 8am (we were due to be out at 10). Felt a bit like we were being told to get out ASAP, and difficult to enjoy our last breakfast on the terrace when the whole place is already being hosed down.

Best vacation in my life and the perfect place for a wedding! The owner Maria helped us get our dreamwedding! She’s an angel, she helped us with weddingplanners, catering and everything around it! The villas and the garden/pool area are beautiful, better than the pictures! We were 22 people both children and grownups and it was perfect, there is big rooms and livingroom areas and the kitchen has everything you need:) If go here you wont miss anything, Maria thinks about everything and is very helpful! She is very serviceminded and make sure you have everything you need and want. I Will recommend this place to everyone i know! Thank you Maria and your family for making our dream come true

Fina hus med nÀrhet tillvarandra en stor pool och hÀrliga terasser med havsutsikt.

Vi har bott 18 personer ( bÄde vuxna och barn) i en vecka. Fantastiskt fin vistelse och bra vÀlplanerade hus med terasser och pool som utnyttjades flitigt. NÀra till havet, dock lite lÀngre till flera restauranger men inom promenadavstÄnd. VÀlfungerande cyklar finns att anvÀnda dagligen gratis. En fin liten trÀdgÄrd med grill och sittplatser och Àven lite gungor och rutschkanor för barnen. Servicen och kontakten med Maria fastighetsÀgaren har fungerat utmÀrkt. Snabba svar, positivt bemötande och bra hjÀlp. Maria har ocksÄ gett oss tips pÄ utflykter och fina nÀrliggande strÀnder och hjÀlpt till med att ordna saker vi behövt hjÀlp med. Vi hade gÀrna stannat en vecka till och vi lÀngtar redan tillbaka. Vi vill tacka Maria för en fin vistelse och ser fram till att ÄtervÀnda snart. Med vÀnliga hÀlsningar Anita med familj och vÀnner.

Amazing pool, weather, company at this incredible location!

Our Stay at Daphnis Villas was amazing. We were a family of 20+ people ranging between 0-70 years old. The houses made it possible to have enjoyable times at the pool, trips to the beach and cooking for the kids! I would have one remark: the WiFi was not very strong. But this doesn’t really matter when you are on vacation! All my family loved the villas, and we would absolutely come again. Tess Hubendick

Really lovely stay for families

18 of us visited in May 2018, 4 families including 10 children aged 1 to 12. We had a fabulous time with wonderful service from Maria who was very helpful and kind. She organised a mini bus transfer for the airport and also a beach day trip to Falassarna (beautiful sandy beach about 40 mins away). The villas are great, comfy beds and well equipped kitchens. There is a great size pool for the kids and excellent BBQ facilities. We didn’t hire a car at all, very easy bus route to Chania or €25 in a taxi. Also in walking distance of some great local restaurants which are very reasonable. The shingle beach 200m away is very easy to get to and we were lucky to have beautiful sunshine all week ☀ We all loved our stay and hope to return!

Wonderful, friendly and well located villas

We have spend a very nice week in the villas together with our whole family, 9 adult + 7 children(10month-18yrs). Best week of the year for all of us. The villas had it all! Nice furnished and well equiped with very comfortable beds. The owner Maria and her family made our stay unforgetable. The poolarea is clean and comfortable with sunbeds for all. Barbeque place , playground and ping-pong table made everyone happy! 200 meters to the beach and bikes available! Perfect for big party or family.

Wounderful place for big familjs or smaller groups

Parentes, children and grandchildren in all 16 persons stayed for a week in this very nice houses. Everything was to our satisfaction: in-and out-side area well equiped, clean and with spaces for sittning in the sun, shadow or swimming in the clean pool. Maria and her whole family made us all feel at home! Barbque area was very good as well as the small playground close to a tabletennis table. Something to do for everyone. Bikes to borrow and only 200m to the Beach..

Fantastic villas, pool and location

We have just returned from our 2 week family holiday at Daphnis Villas. Ours was a family of 19 people ranging from 11 months to 80 years old so needs and requirements were varied. After an extensive search for a large villa we came across Daphnis Villas, it seemed to fit the bill perfectly. We rented all 4 villas so had exclusive use of the complex and had a wonderful time. The villas are all well equipped, well maintained and clean. They had everything we needed plus a maid came round daily which was luxury. For us it was all about the large pool, relaxing, being together yet having our own space when you wanted it and this certainly gave us that. The layout of the complex means that you can have shade or sun anytime of the day. The large BBQ and play area together with the table tennis (we had a tournament) were excellent. The gym was used by some of us and was a big hit, it even has hot showers. Our hosts Maria and Nikos were lovely, we were greeted on arrival and they ensured we had everything we needed. One of the children had a medical problem that Nikos helped with above and beyond. On arrival Maria noticed my mother had some mobility issues and asked if she'd like a bed made up on the ground floor, Mum gratefully accepted this kind offer. Having read reviews prior to booking I was concerned that the pool may be a problem with the children 11months, 15months, 3yrs and 8 yrs but all was good as the surrounding area is large and non slip. The shallow area was ideal for the babies. Just great!! As for location it was ideal for us, set in a quiet area with a local mini mart and bus stop just 2 mins walk away. The beach is just a 5 min walk away. A vegetarian restaurant just 2 mins walk away serves great crepes and beetroot burgers. A 20 min stroll takes you to Maleme where you can find larger supermarkets and several bars and restaurants. The bus service is regular and efficient. Just a 10 min bus ride away is the quiet village of Kolymbari, it has a small harbour, a few shops and excellent restaurants, also it's worth going to see the beautiful Monastry of Gonia while your there. If you want somewhere busier then Platanias is just a short bus ride away, it's a large busy resort with plenty of tavernas, bars and shops. Everything is on the doorstep of these villas, the villas, pool and grounds are just wonderful. I can throughly recommend Daphnis Villas. None of us wanted to leave. Thank you so much Maria and Niko
