ヴィラトサール - プライベートプール付

Good to hear that you have a great stay in our villa! We hope you enjoyed your holidays. The location is certaily very good! :-)

Hello Mia, thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. First of all, we’d like to thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a much better experience. We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the insects, during the summer months, it can unfortunately happen that, due to the hot and humid weather and pest control treatments taking place in the area, some may find their way into properties. We always provide insect spray under the sink so that guests can deal with them straight away, but we completely understand that finding insects in the house is not pleasant. As for the issues you reported with the bathrooms, we were not aware of the situation and, had we been informed during your stay, we would have sent someone over immediately to inspect and resolve the problem. We have also taken note of all your other comments and are taking them very seriously. Your feedback is invaluable and will help us address the issues where necessary, as well as be even clearer and more accurate in our description of the accommodation. We apologise once again for the inconvenience and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with the experience you deserve.

Thank you for your review, Rob. Let me clarify a few things though: (1) the Police fines are if you are causing real troubles regarding noise levels and if you have a COVID-19 fine that was because at the villa you invited people over and you were more than 15 people there. So, you can imagine that a villa is not a party venue. (2) The water was a problem caused by a breakage of a pipe on the street and the public company took 2 days to fix. We are sorry for that issue but on the meanwhile we make sure that you were not running out of water with our auxiliar supply. All in all, this is NOT a party villa and parties are forbiden. We want you to respect the neighbours, have fun and enjoy but without high level noises as you did. We are sure that you can have fun without having to have the volume like a disco at home - that is not allowed at all.

Thank you for your review, Joel. Let me clarify a few things as I believe some points are inacurate: 1.- The swimming pool was dirty due to pine trees, the water was cristal clear. The swimming pool guy comes 3 times a week to keep it perfectly. 2.- You have been the first guest after the lockdown and the property was cleaned very, very well - according to COVID-19 protocols. The bathroom was not dirty but faded due to the new products used. ANYWAYS, we came within 4 hours after reporting the cleaning issue to clean again all the 5 bathrooms + the swimming pool. 3.- The kitchen was perfectly cleaned as we inspect the villas to ensure the highest standards of cleaning. The beatles flies around and with the open windows it could happen that goes into the kitchen - it is very unfortunate but the kitchen was cleaned properly. 4.- The house is advertised without air conditioning - I believe you did not checked that upon booking. However, there are many fans at the villa and you were very satisfied with that during your stay. 5.- The water use is informed at the villa with a big sign in different languages. We are surprised that you said that you did not know that. I believe that, after all, you are not being fair with these comments as the service has been very good. We received the first complains within 24 hours after your arrival - so, we do not know what to believe if the neighbour is too picky or if you were too noisy all your stay. Anyways, we hope that you have had a great stay and enjoyed your holidays. We tried our best to try to make you feel like at home, sometimes we could fail but we always try. Also, we take note of these request as will help us to improve. :-)

感谢您的评论。 希望您过得愉快，并度过了愉快的假期。 希望很快见到大家！
