Fantastic house for our family holiday

We had a great week's holiday in this house. It is modern, clean and very spacious. My kids loved the swimming pool which was a good size. The owner was very responsive and it was easy to collect the keys. Location is great- 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Also short drive to Palma and Aqualand (great for kids). I would highly recommend this property.

Great villa in a lovely location.

Villa was located in a quiet street with very easy access to the beach and restaurants. Airport was very close with only a 10 minute journey. Fully recommend

Amazing villa in great location

Beautiful villa, immaculate interior & very modern & comfortable. Owner who lives next door was very helpful & friendly re ordering taxis/info etc. Fabulous air con in basement however not very good elsewhere in villa, although landlord was going to get this fixed. Overall fabulous place & would definitely recommend

Beautiful villa in the perfect location - walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Lovely family owned villa - owners on hand for anything which is very reassuring when travelling with a young family. Lovely quiet residential setting, walking distance (5mins) to beach, shops & restaurants, fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Pleasantly surprised that there was a bed guard to use for our little boy. Would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Amazing property amazing location I've just got bk to U.K. And I want to go bk.plenty of room

We absolutely loved the villa the owner is a lovely guy he is on hand if u need anything.the villa has plenty of room the pictures don't do it justice it's better than the pics.cant wait to go bk.the area is very good it's near to everything 10 mins from Palma centre and the beach is at end of the road one of my best places I've stayed and location wise

Perfect, clean, quit, Wil go back

Same as on the photo's , nice rooms, bathrooms, great kitchen , with oven and microwave, big fridges , cup coffee machine, only missing is a water cooking kettle ( but u can easily do that on the induction plate. There's also a washing machine and dryer, pool outside is great, 4 sunbeds, enough place to sit in shadow or in sun, safe area, just a park an a hotel building away from the beach ( 5 min walk ) 2 close by supermarkets ( 5 and 10 min walk) at the boulevard there are a lot of cafe's and restaurants . And the more busy and noisy places are just 5-10 min more walking , or rent a bike, like we did , nice beach bike road to Palma .

Only thing I would like Beter is a darker bedroom, the curtains are not that blinding if u want to sleep a bit longer. ( just what u are just to at home , my bedroom is complete dark ) beds are good and size is like 90x200 each . Easy to communicate with the owner, if u have questions. great house for a good price! Wil defo go back, Thankx for having us.
