Huge Cape Canaveral Beach Condo -3/2 Corner Unit with Partial Ocean Views.

Enjoy the beach and great amenities of Shorewood in this huge 3/2 unit with two large balconies including partial ocean views! Shorewood includes a large outdoor pool, large clubhouse with workout room including sauna, tennis courts and private access to a quiet section of the beach. This unit is on the 3rd floor of the building and comes fully equipped with everything you need. There is a very large kitchen and living space as well as one master bedroom, one bedroom with direct access to 2nd bathroom and one room with two double beds. Additionally, there is a one car garage allowing you to park your car inside.

Shorewood

We love the Shorewood properties. This condo was larger than ones in the past which was nice but we only require two bedrooms. Very roomy!

This Condo Association is a top notch "resort style" property located on the beach in Cape Canaveral Florida. The amenities include tennis courts, a clubhouse with fitness center and sauna. And a very nice and large outdoor pool area. This unit has partial ocean views and a pool view as well. The two large balconies are perfect for enjoying time outside listening to the ocean.
