The pine woodwork and vaulted ceilings create a cozy setting that everyone is sure to enjoy. The condo’s kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances that will provide everything you'll need to cook a big meal for the entire family. No one will be left behind on this vacation, as this home can accommodate up to 12 guests and is dog-friendly. Plus, being located near Schweitzer Village, this mountain retreat is an easy walk to the ski trails and lifts!

This bright and beautiful condo is just over a half-mile from the base of the ski area. After a day of skiing, snowboarding, or hiking, you can head down to Powder Hound Pizza to grab a slice at Powder Hound Pizza or enjoy the amenities of Schweitzer Mountain Resort. During warmer times of the year, a plethora of hiking and biking trails await you as well. Sandpoint is just 12 miles down the hill, where you'll find lake access at City Beach Park and great local shops and restaurants.

Highly recommend this as a place for a group to stay during a Schweitzer ski trip modern, clean and comfortable with a short (3-4 minute) drive to the upper parking level at the mountain. Very easy parking at condo. Property is Quiet and well maintained. Can’t wait to go back!

Family Getaway

Clean and comfortable home. Two king size beds and two queen size beds are easy to access. An additional queen bed and two twin beds are available by climbing a ladder into the lofts above each queen bedroom. Our teens didn’t mind that at all, but it might be tough for some people. The kitchen was great—plenty of pots, pans, dishes, spices to work with as we prepared all our meals. Easy 1/2 mile walk or drive to the ski area.

Great location - close enough to walk to village

Nice large space with the expected amenities. Bed in Master (with en suite) needs a new mattress. I kept rolling over and almost falling out. No AC which was fine at night but living space very warm in afternoon. TV remote batteries need to be replaced. Dirty diapers under the sink. Need new toilet seats. Just a few things that might help the next guests . We would stay here again because of the location.throughout.

Friends Ski weekend

We met two other families for a long weekend of skiing. Great location! The unit was set up for 6 adults with kids as two of the rooms had lofts. Seating in the living dining room was limited. Entry was easy. The place was generally clean but updated was a bit generous. Most of the furniture, bedding, and beds were outdated. It would have also been helpful to have directions in the house about where to store the garbage. There were no bins or signs where to put it.

Many little things became cumulative for this condo that could be really good if addressed. Examples include: Only six kitchen chairs to sit on, one of which is broken (missing 1/4 of the seat); only seating for 5 in the living room (4 couch, one chair), thermostat does not work well, was way too hot or cold; gas fireplace constantly went off (had to jiggled to get it going); not enough cutlery or pots and pans (when cooking for 8 people need more than two large pots; snow never removed from front door path, and it turned to ice, (if there was a shovel we would have cleared a path ourselves); multiple stains on the carpets throughout the unit.

Accommodations were adequate, space was limited for an all adult group, but we made it work. We were grateful for easy access and availability of this unit. Also, nice that it was pet friendly. Kitchen set up was great. Hot water was extremely hot-be careful.

One of the cleanest lodges I’ve stayed in. Plenty of room for the 8 of us with a short drive over to the village to enjoy some great spring skiing. We will be back.

My group has stayed at dozens of condos over the years, and this one was the best equipped in the kitchen. In addition to pots, pans, knives, and other implements, there were spices, coffee equipment, very nice. The living space is well apportioned. The only downside was using the TV channels were hard to access.

Mountain Retreat

The property is very nice, but in our case, was not very well cleaned. There is plenty of room for guests and not far from the mountain village and ski lifts. We had around 2 feet of snow fall while we were there and the snow plows quickly took care of parking area and roads to provide safe travel.

Perfect Family Getaway & Comfortable

We stayed for our family trip to Silverwood. We always stay an extra day or two for exploring fun activities in the area. This home was perfect for larger size families. Not only were the beds comfortable, but everyone got their own space (including bathrooms). It's a scenic drive up the mountain looking for wild animals and great views. The top of the mountain (just 15 min walk up the road) has kids activities, a gorgeous park, hiking and walking trails, the ski lift (ride as much as you want) and a bar/ restaurant at the top with drinks to go. *I would've liked more directions on the heating and cooling unit.*

Amazing cabin near the slopes

We really enjoyed our stay. Although this place looks like it can sleep a whole bundle of people, we had a very small group, and it still worked great. The location is great, just a 5-10 min walk from the slopes/village. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked kitchens that we've experienced at a short-term rental. Made it easy to cook up meals (but make sure to do your shopping either in Sandpoint or earlier, as there isn't a grocery store option up on the mountain, just a small market). Streaming Netflix and other services worked well on the TV. Fireplace turns on at the flip of a switch. Made for some great cozy nights.
