New bastide (2018) for 10 people in the charming village of Plan-de-la-Tour, in the heart of the Gulf of St Tropez. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen, a heated infinity pool. It is fully air-conditioned and luxuriously equipped. You can walk to the village (5 minutes), a typical Provençal village in which you will find bakeries, restaurants, mini-markets, pharmacy, bookshop, market on Thursdays etc. From the pool and the terrace, you have a nice view of the vineyards and the village. The area is very quiet. The house therefore consists of: an outdoor kitchen with Napoleon barbecue, large table of 4m50, chairs, benches, deckchairs, parasol, mosaic infinity pool with Californian beach. An open kitchen equipped: dishwasher, oven and microwave, ceramic hob, American fridge, Nespresso, wine cellar etc. A living room with large flat screen, DVD, WI-FI. A master suite (1) bedroom which opens onto the terrace, flat screen TV, with dressing room and walk-in shower room (1), double sinks, WC. A second toilet in the entrance, pantry with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 1 toilet and 2 shower rooms. Master suite 2 with flat screen TV, dressing room, shower room (2) sink, Italian shower. Bedroom 3 with a single bed that doubles into a double bed (160/200 cm). Bedroom 4 with a single bed that doubles into a double bed (160/200 cm). Bedroom 5 with a single bed that doubles into a double bed (160/200 cm). Bathroom (3) with bathtub and double sink. Parking spaces for 2 cars. Only from Saturday to Saturday in high season.

House that could be perfect

After reading some of the previous reviews I was expecting that most of the problems would have been rectified, but sadly not. The cleanliness of the villa could have been better. The dishwasher still had food in the bottom with the covering door missing. The oven had not been cleaned properly. The kettle was full of limescale. The majority of the cups and glasses were old and mostly odd. We did arrange to meet Caroline but sadly she never showed up and did not attempt to rearrange, although she was very prompt at replying to any messages which I sent. Some of the outside furniture was missing, the outside umbrella was broken and there were only 5 sun beds and one of them was broken. I previously visited this property in 2018 and it was faultless and was so excited to return and although we still had a lovely holiday these little problems did take the wow factor off the holiday slightly. The villa itself is stunning and so is the location in Plan de la Tour and I'm hopeful after reading another review like this, these problems will be rectified.

Rest assured, you can come back a 3rd time: we have changed housekeepers and hired a cleaning company. We have replenished our stock of parasols, deckchairs and crockery (when some cups are out of order, they are replaced by our tenants themselves when they break: we buy back everything at the end of the season). The front of the dishwasher has been repaired. This 2024 season should therefore be perfect, even for the most demanding tenants, because as you point out, the most important elements have not changed: the exceptional location of the house, and the villa itself, "stunning" like you say :-)

Tolle Zeit mit Familie und Freunden

Die Probleme mit dem Internet wurden schon nach 5 Tagen behoben ;-). Das kaputte Doppelbett haben wir mittels einer zur Verfügung gestellten Werkzeugkiste selbst repariert und das Wasser im Pool war nach fast einer Woche grün. Die auf den Fotos abgebildeten Außen-Sitzmöbel, wie z. B. Sitzinsel und Terrassen-Korbstühle, wären sicherlich bequem gewesen, wenn sie denn vorhanden gewesen wären. Das Haus ist absolut schön, vor allem für viele Personen, wie wir es waren. Aber leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig und das Objekt wirkt schon ziemlich abgewohnt, obwohl es erst 3 Jahre alt ist. Man darf auch gerne mal die Küchenschränke innen säubern und auch die unteren Schränke der Außenküche waren total verdreckt. Die Poolreinigung sollte öfters als nur einmal in der Woche erfolgen. Die Betreuung durch Caroline war leider auch nur mäßig gut. Sie war zwar immer per WhatsApp erreichbar, ist aber nie persönlich erschienen, um sich der Probleme anzunehmen. Außerdem fanden wir, dass auch die Ausstattung der Küche mit Küchenutensilien noch etwas nachgebessert werden könnte. Es waren z. B. für 10 Personen viel zu wenige Tassen vorhanden. Wir hatten in der Vergangenheit schon andere Objekte gemietet, wo es z. B. auch bequeme Liegenauflagen und Sonnenschirme am Pool gab. Aber alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit mit Familie und Freunden und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders der recht große Pool mit 10 m Länge ist das echte Highlight dieses Hauses.

Maison qui pourrait être parfaite

L’emplacement de cette maison est parfait dans le village du Plan de La tour . Nous avons séjourné la semaine du jour de l’an dans cette maison . Elle est très bien conçue pour 10 personnes . Nous avons simplement trouvé dommage le manque d’entretien et propreté de cette maison au fort potentiel. Beaucoup de chose sont cassées et non réparées ….étonnant pour une maison dite luxueuse….Le lave vaisselle était dans un état catastrophique de propreté…. Le filtre n’a visiblement pas été nettoyé depuis des mois . Un vieux chewing-gum était collé au pied d’une lampe de chevet.TOUTES les assiettes sont ébréchées. L’ensemble des boutons de chasse d’eau fonctionne mais est cassé . Les éléments de cuisine ( grill pain , cafetière ….) étaient tous gras . Bref , le ménage n’est pas fait de manière régulière et la maison est relouée en permanence dans cet état et se délabre . Sans parlé de la bouteille de gaz de la plancha qui était vide …. Nous l’avons signalé le jeudi midi et nous n’avons eu la bouteille que le samedi soir …. L’extérieur est très joli et agréable . En revanche , même problème d’entretien … toute une rangée de dalle est mal jointée …. Notre fils s’est ouvert le pied … Notre séjour a cependant été très agréable mais entaché par ces désagréments.

Bonjour Carole, désolée pour le délai de réponse. Nous sommes en effet en tour du monde depuis quelques mois et rentrons en mai 2023 en Europe. D’habitude, nous séjournons dans la villa tous les 3 mois environ, ce qui nous permet de veiller de près au bon entretien de celle-ci. J’ai donc fait remonter votre commentaire à notre équipe sur place, qui a déjà réglé les petits soucis de nettoyage. Les assiettes, il est vrai, étaient légèrement ébréchées, nous avions fait un choix trop esthétique et pas assez solide pour de la location. Elles seront toutes remplacées. Quant à la terrasse, la maison est quasiment neuve (4 ans) et la terrasse est parfaitement rejointoyée. Notre jardinier a vérifié, je suppose que vous voulez parler de l’espace qui sert de « rigole » afin que l’eau de pluie ou qui déborde de la piscine puisse s’évacuer. C’est donc fait exprès et les bords de ces carrelages ne sont pas coupants, nous sommes donc très étonnés que cela ait pu blesser le pied de votre fils. Nous n’avons jamais eu ce cas, nous avons aussi des enfants, et la sécurité de nos locataires est primordiale. Nous vous présentons donc toutes nos excuses pour ces petits soucis de nettoyage et d’assiettes, qui seront rapidement réglés. Nous sommes toutefois heureux que vous ayez pu apprécier les qualités intrinsèques de notre maison qui, il est vrai, est parfaite pour 10 personnes. Schöne Zeit - Danach keine Rückmeldung

Positiv Wir haben dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus im August 2022 bewohnt und das Haus wurde unseren Ansprüche gerecht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Polo. Negativ Aus welchen Gründen auf immer ging der Abfluss im unteren Bad kaputt und man konnte ein Waschbecken nicht weiter nutzen, was uns nicht störte. Wir vermuten, bei der Befestigung handelt es sich nicht um die beste Qualität und durch Altersschwäche ist sie vermutlich gebrochen. Die Wohnungsabnahme durch die Vertretung der Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Sie zeigte Verständnis für diesen Vorfall und war ebenfalls unserer Meinung. Ein Tag später bekamen wir einen Anruf und sollten ein Depot von CHF 250.- hinterlegen, bis der Schaden geklärt und gegeben falls repariert wurde. Leider haben wir seit her keine Rückmeldung wie auch keinen versprochenen Arbeitsrapport über eine getätigte Reparatur erhalten. Bei einem Mietpreise von fast CH10'000.- finden wir dies nicht angebracht.

Für die Sorge mit dem kaputten Rohr des Waschbeckens haben wir immer noch keinen Klempner gefunden. Man muss wissen, dass es in Südfrankreich sehr kompliziert ist, Handwerker zu finden. Wir werden Ihnen sicher die Rechnung von diesem schicken, sobald die Reparatur durchgeführt wurde, und Sie werden sehen, dass der kleine Kautionsbetrag, den wir einbehalten haben, sicher unter dieser Rechnung liegen wird. Außerdem haben wir nichts für die ausgehängte Tür des Geschirrspülers abgebucht, was Ihnen unsere Gutgläubigkeit beweist. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Valerie

Villa magnifique au calme

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa, vue sur les vignes, au calme, à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre du Plan de la Tour. De beaux espaces où petits enfants, parents et grands-parents ont pu trouver leur place. La grande piscine était bien sûr au centre ce mois d'août. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Urlaub nach Maß

Das Haus ist im höheren Standard ausgestattet. Klimaanlage über Lüftung in jedem Raum separat regelbar, genügend Platz für alle ( Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort ), gut ausgestattete Küche, Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter, Pool groß und bei Bedarf heizbar, genügend Liegen in der Außenanlage, Parkplätze, großer überdachter Tisch auf der Terrasse, Grill, und und und ..... Betreuung vor Ort über Mme Caroline sehr gut, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden das Haus sicher wieder mal buchen.

Würde ich sofort wieder buchen!

Ein schönes, neues und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben vor allem von der Outdoor-Küche profitiert. Im Haus findet man eigentlich alles was man so benötigt. Check-In und jeder weiterer Kontakt mit der Haushälterin waren einfach und problemlos. Ich würde jedem dieses tolle Objekt empfehlen und würde es selbst auch sofort wieder buchen.
