Just 3 blocks from Forsyth Park and 1 mile from the River, this is the ideal location for those who want a little less chaos with parking on arrival but all the best of scenery and the amazing walking lifestyle that makes Savannah world famous.

Nice location and a cozy unit. Banisters pretty dusty but otherwise very clean unit. Had issues with live tv access. Reached out to manager via text and call but never got a response
The lodging was spacious and clean- a beautiful space.
Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great. Living room was big and comfortable. Location was quiet and walkable. LOVED our stay here.
This place is absolutely adorable. Location is perfect for an event I attended at The Bardo. I really enjoyed being within walking distance of Krogers. Mate’ Factor on the corner- definitely worth a visit for the food and drinks. Next visit to Savannah I will definitely be staying here again.Thanks for an incredible visit!
We loved our stay here. The house was pleasant and big enough for 2 couples. The beds are firm and the shower has great water pressure. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Parking is on the street but we had no problems finding a space.
The condo was very well furnished. The beds are very comfortable. Loved the two private balconies and the location. Just a short walk to Forseyth Park.
Beautiful historic property! We loved the outdoor spaces and spent a lot of time enjoying them. Easy walk to many great sites. Parking was extremely easy. When we go back we will try and stay here.
Fantastic location near Forsyth Park. Quiet. A few suggestions, deck furniture could use new cushions and covers. Some type of deck lighting so guests could stay outside on the decks. Mirrors in the bedrooms. Overall, great space.
Our family of 5 really enjoyed our time here. It was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to be… shops, restaurants, parks, river street! The close by kroger was definitely a plus. That being said, it was quiet and quaint. The apartment was clean and neat. Would definitely stay again!
We stayed at this property for only one night, but it was awesome! Very cool to stay in such an old, kept up and renovated historical house built in the 1800's. Located a short driving distance to the river front shops. Very charming house and neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family!
Amazing apartment that exceeded our expectations in every way— location, cleanliness, host communication, accuracy of description, Mate Factor cinnamon rolls (you won’t regret trying one), and literally around the corner from a grocery store. We left, wishing we would have booked a few more nights!
