Private waterfront single-family home near Umass medical! Modern 1-2 bedroom home with a spacious Master Bedroom and a multi use room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom with it’s full size futon. There is one full bathroom with a full-size tub and ceiling vent. There is a three-season porch with a dining nook which leads out to a large outdoor deck. There are ceiling fans in the living room, Master bedroom and multi-use room. No pets or smokers please.
