The Mahana Resort - If you are familiar with West Maui, you will already know The Mahana is truly a premier property with spectacular oceanfront views. Just steps to the sandy Kaanapali beach, you will be led on a two and one half mile stretch of incredible ocean beauty. This AAA 3-Diamond resort consists of twin towers containing 215 units on 5 acres. Designed with a sense of peace and privacy, you are close to championship golf courses, great restaurants and shopping.
Unit 815 is an 8th floor oceanfront one bedroom with a king-size bed in the bedroom and the living room has a queen sofa bed. You will enjoy having two bathrooms. The unit serves four guests very comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender and all kitchen utensils. Also included for your convenience is salt and pepper, spice rack, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner (small starter bottle) and hair blow dryer. All linens are provided including extra bedding and towels. Also available for your use are beach towels and a cooler.
The unit has two flat screen televisions with remotes, one in the living room with a DVD player and the other in the bedroom. A stereo is provided in the living room with CD player and docking station. Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and extra hangers all make your stay more relaxing. The tiled lanai is spacious with patio table and four chairs. The unit is approximately 1056-sq. ft. and the interior is decorated in Hawaiian motif.

Ben & Evie Leland live on island, retired and enjoy giving back to their community. They are proud owners of 3 condos at The Mahana and a Kaanapali Vacation Home. They were both in construction for over 30 years, have 5 children and 13 grandchildren. One of their daughters, Alicia, is their booking agent while Ben manages the properties. Alicia lives in Seattle Washington and has 5 children. We love our small family run business, our properties are amazing, very well kept and we offer over the top customer service.

Our unit 815 is not only gorgeous, it offers 2 bathrooms and it literally steps from the beach! You will not find another condo as close to the beach as units at the Mahana, it really is a hidden oasis! The owners live on island and close by should you need anything and/or the unit needs attending too. We love what we do and offer excellent customer service. Our reviews speak volumes! Great Unit on Kaanapali
Terrific direct ocean-front unit at the very north end of Kaanapali. This is a quiet, well-managed property - the pool and amenities are fairly basic. #815 is well-located within the development: high enough for privacy, low enough to still see coastline and surf. Unit is well stocked and nicely furnished, comfortable bed. The second bathroom is a nice plus.
Our favorite accommodation in Maui
We are repeated customer at Alicia's condo. Last year we stayed three different condos/ hotel in Maui, and Mahana unit 717 is absolutely our favorite. So we decided to stay another Alicia's condo 815 on this year's trip. We really love the location here. As this is ocean front condo, we can always see the beautiful crystal blue ocean from every room. As this is a bit away from larger beach, the ocean in front of the condo is never crowded, it is almost private beach. We enjoyed a snorkeling, swimming a lot here. The condo itself is really clean and tastefully decorated. The condo stocks daily necessity and we never needed to go grocery store. What a perfect condo. In addition to these positive aspects, we should note how efficient Alicia is. She replies really quickly and it always surprise us (in a good way!). When we need to change anything on our booking, she helps me a lot.. Thanks so much. When we return to this magical island, we will chose this condo again!!
815 at the Mahana
815 is simply outstanding. There were four of us and we could not be more comfortable. The condo is fabulous with its view and how it is equipped (everything we needed). We'll stay here again without a doubt!!
On the Beach -- Great Stay
We have stayed at the Mahana several times. Unit 815 is the most well equipped and well furnished. You couldn't be much closer to the water short of being on a boat. The Mahana is within access of the busy part of Kaanapali Beach, but far enough away to allow for a peaceful stay. The unit is within easy walking distance of groceries, restaurants, various shops and a local famer's market. Alicia was very responsive to our requests, but with this unit we had little need to take advantage.
This place is perfect
We have stayed many places in Hawaii including several other nice places at the Mahana. This condo is the cleanest and best equipped of them all. The owners are very easy to work with and remain very attentive once you arrive. We would highly recommend unit 815.
