Penthouse Studio / New Queen Bed / Balcony

BED & BATH

The studio is a large, bright and airy room with mountain views. Fitted with a queen-sized bed, the room is perfect for a couple or a single guest. There is also a full-sized refrigerator available, should you want to store meals to go or keep beverages cool. Equipped with everything you need for your stay - you won't need to bring a thing! In the en-suite bathroom, find a standup shower, cozy towels and locally-made soaps.

AMENITIES

In the unit, step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a BBQ, or lounge on the patio set as the sun sets.

Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.

There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available.
Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.

Fun Ski Weekend!

Had a great weekend stay at the Silver Rock Penthouse Studio condo! Perfect location to easily enjoy skiing & downtown Fernie! The condo is exactly as described; clean, quiet & cozy!!

Clean and convenient

The suite was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. The outside patio and barbecue is a nice touch. Checking in seemed highly automated and was not ideal to my circumstances but I made do. The fitness room was fine. Very convenient to downtown and to the ski hill.

Summer Overnight

Condo was larger and nicer than expected which was a good surprise. Also, the neighbors were extremely accommodating providing us a frozen pizza and a couple of beers given we missed dinner arriving late.

Good location and in close proximity to the activities in Fernie we were interested in seeing. Location within the complex is good as it is on the back side of the property which was nice and quiet. Overall a good stay.
