This vacation rental property is a private home located 1/2 a block away from South Padre Island's sandy beaches!
The house has a private pool for guests to enjoy and relax by while on their vacation.
Boasting 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, the home sleeps 10 people comfortably.
The master bedroom has a king bed, the 1st guest room has 2 queen beds, and the 2nd guest room entails 2 full size beds.

I highly recommend this place for families or a couples retreat.

The backyard and private pool is the highlight of the place. The large kitchen allows you to get together with fam and friends and all eat and talk together. We spent a birthday here and it was a great time. The only downside and it wasn't the owners fault but was that they were redoing the street so our vehicles left dusty and dirty everytime we arrived or left. Other than that I highly recommend this place for families or a couples retreat.

Enjoyed everything about out stay. Great distance to the beach access. Pool was clean and big enough for our family. Loved the seating by the pool. Everything was clean and kitchen was very well stocked. Outside bathroom and laundry area was excellent. I would definitely book at Bahama again.

Excellent Island Getaway !!

The team was great communicating the ins and outs of the resources available to us and I can't say enough about the property. Very well kept and the setup that they have is pretty awesome !! The pool is a great size and the setup to fully enjoy the backyard is phenomenal! I won't hesitate to book at same property and w the great team at SPI Rentals in the near future!

Great place to hang out

We chose this place for our annual girls' trip (6 of us in total) because it had great gathering spots where we could just talk, read, and hang out, and it did not disappoint. It had excellent, quality patio furniture and an amazing pool. The living room had plenty of space for us all, too. I thought from the pictures that the dining room wouldn't be big enough for all 6 of us to gather to eat, but we all fit.

Great house!

Great house for the 2nd year in a row. Kids had a blast. It is conveniently located near beach access 11 so it just to a quick walk to get to the beach. The pool and backyard were great for hanging out with the family. The shower on the garage was great for rinsing off the sand. Can't wait until the next time!

This was our 2nd time staying at the "Whataburger House" My kids love it! Hot tub was HOT, pool was perfect & the house was clean & very spacious. SPI Rentals has great customer service. We had another vacation home through Airbnb & was disappointed, will stick with SPI Rentals from now on. Will definitely be back next year!

Cozy and Comfortable!

Perfect location between beach and town! House was perfect for 8 adults and 2 kids. Modern decor and clean! Beds were comfortable, cable tv is furnished. Pool was clean and refreshing and yard chairs were plentiful! Deck was perfect at night and fireworks were viewable from the deck. The only downside was that the ac didnt cool the house off as it was a pretty consistent 80-82 degrees on the ground floor with the thermostat set at 72. Bring a fan for the upstairs bedrooms as it gets pretty warm up there at night. Overall it was a great place and we would stay again !

We had a great few days and would rent again!

The house is perfectly situated for an easy walk to the beach (super helpful in case you forget something)! We had a small wagon we towed with our stuff. The pool is a great add to your stay and was fun day and night. The office is responded quickly to our questions. It should be made clear that the entrance to the house is upstairs... We were a bit lost when we first arrived. So just be aware that you'll need to carry stuff up and down stairs. My parents are older but managed ok. All in all we had a great few days and would rent again!

False advertising

Property info states it can sleep up to 12 people, we had trouble sleeping 9 people. The toilet in the master room was broken, we had to deal with that. Once you flush once you needed to wait at least 10 min for it to refill. Strong musty smell in Master bedroom, not as strong in the rest of the house.

House was nice, but the neighbors were not very nice.

The backyard and pool are awesome! Definitely the strong point about the house. The rooms in the house are smaller than what the pictures present. The is no cupboard or cabinet space for groceries and the whole bottom level was flooded from the rain when we arrived, and stayed for 2 days. SPI maintenance tried to come out and help, but the bad drainage system near the street in the driveway was non-existent and the water and mud stunk all 8 days that we were there. Worst part of our week were the neighbors calling the cops on us 4 times for being too loud! Each time law enforcement came out they did not understand why anyone called because our music was not too loud, but they mentioned that our voices were probably bouncing off all of the walls from the other 3 houses around us. Overall it was a good vacation, and we are ready to book again for next year, but unfortunately we are soured now about renting this house again because the neighbors who are locals were not so nice. :( But nonetheless, we are very satisfied with SPI Rentals. Thanks!

Pre Thanksgiving Get Away

This was a very nice house, well stocked kitchen and spacious for our small family. The pool and hottub were a plus. The location was great with restaurants at walking distance as well as the beach access. The bay in the other direction, also walking distance. It was a relaxing get away. Would come back to this rental again!

Loved it.

Loved loved the house it was cute cozy my kids absolutely loved it. Very clean and set up beautifully. Kids had so much fun in the pool and hot tub. Had all the things for the kitchen at our disposal loved that it was close to the supermarket and liquor store lol, very close to the restaurants and the beach was in walking distance. Highly recommend this place price was good too. You won't be disappointed.
