Location location location! Right on the beach. Beautiful house, unbeatable views, seating for 8 in the dining area, well equipped kitchen, 2 сar private garage, large washer/dryer and 3 1/2 baths, a VERY tiny pool which was still nice to have. Very communicative hosts. Bring your own beach towels and pot holders - we “donated” a dish drying rack (though there is an automatic dishwasher) , no room for a dresser in one of the three bedrooms but other than that NOTHING was lacking here. Loved it and hope to return.

This was a great experience. The home is beautiful with the beach just steps away. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Communication with our host was great, never had any issues. Can not wait to return.

We booked this property largely because of the advertised “heated private pool,” and unfortunately that ended up being the biggest issue.When we arrived (after check-in time), maintenance was already there working on the pool. The motor was broken, the water was visibly dirty, and it was nowhere near heated. We were told it would be fixed quickly, but after being gone for several hours and returning that evening, nothing had changed.A technician didn’t show up until around 9:30 PM and worked until nearly midnight, and even he stated the initial repair hadn’t been done correctly. Despite running the system overnight, the pool was still cold the next morning and never usable during our stay. The listing stated 79, but both we and the technician measured it in the low 70s. When we raised this, the response we got was dismissive (“it’s not a hot tub”), which didn’t really address the fact that it wasn’t heated at all.There was also a loud, constant beeping noise (like a fire alarm) coming from a neighboring unit that went on for over 24 hours and was clearly audible inside. We were told nothing could be done about it.On top of that, the WiFi instructions were incorrect (we had to follow up just to get access), which didn’t exactly make for a smooth arrival.To be fair, the unit itself was clean and as pictured. But at this price point, having a key amenity not work for the entire stay—along with how it was handled—made this a frustrating and disappointing experience

Dear April, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were unable to use the pool during your stay. Unfortunately, we did not anticipate the pool motor breaking. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we replaced the motor immediately. However, the installation did not go smoothly. We contacted another pool technician, who arrived at 9:30 PM and worked until midnight, as you mentioned in your review. We paid extra for this last-minute service and were hopeful the issue would be resolved. Despite our efforts, some situations are beyond our control. Please know that we take pride in maintaining our home and always do our best to address problems as quickly as possible. Regarding the beeping sound, we notified the neighbor as soon as you informed us. They sent someone within an hour, and the issue was resolved promptly. We would also like to clarify that we did not say that nothing could be done about it. We genuinely care about our guests and strive to make every stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

First the positives - great location and very clean. Loved the garage with remote. Well equipped kitchen and awesome views. (Although one of the blinds in living room was broken, obstructing 1/4 of the view). However, our group of 2 couples both experienced very, very uncomfortable mattresses and very old, worn and stained pillows with little to no support. Those mattresses are located in the master bedroom (king) and downstairs (queen) bedroom facing the ocean. Not getting a good nights rest put a real damper on our vacation. Also, the pool was never warm enough to use. And the vent fan in the downstairs bathroom is extremely noisy. We would have expressed our concerns to the host if they had checked on us during our stay. We would love to return to this rental if the mattresses are upgraded.Thank you.

Hi Christina, Thank you for your feedback. First, there was nothing wrong with the blinds. As we have mentioned over our correspondence, it does not have draw strings, all you have to do is raise it by pushing it up and pull it down. Guests that checked in after you had no problem raising and closing them. We also have no complaints from any other guests regarding our mattresses. They are fairly new Tempur Pedic mattresses, about 18 months. As per agreement stated on the contract, that the highest we can set is 85 degrees for our pool. It’s a heated pool, not a spa. The view from the balcony was awesome. Having the beach right in front of you was excellent! We got to watch the SpaceX rocket launch it was breathtaking. Having the private pool was another plus I just wish it would have been clean it has some sand at the bottom. It lacked maintenance .We will definitely be back.

This property was beyond perfect. The View was beautiful! I saw a dolphin from the balcony. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony watching the waves & feeling the sea breeze. Short walk to the beach. The house was clean & had everything you need. Check in & out was easy. We look forward to staying here again.

It was a perfect location super easy beach access. Within walking distance to bars and grills on the beach. House was clean but could use some deep cleaning in spots. Chairs on the top deck would be nice, tall so you can see over the railing. And a couple chairs by the pool would be nice. All there was, was 3 plastice chairs. But overall great stay will go back. Property manager very accessible.

Very nice home, exactly as described. Owners were very easy to communicate with & responded quickly to maintenance issue. Steep stairs to main living quarters would be the only drawback of this property. Would certainly stay here again

Memorable Weekend Retreat

Right on the beach, very clean, small pool area, bedrooms and bathrooms for all guests, text updates for checking in and checking out helpful, restaurants, shops nearby, fireworks view on balcony, front row sunrise sunset view and lots of great memories during our friend reunion visit.
