55 m² apartment on the 1st floor, renovated in 2020. Features 1 bedroom (11 m²) with 1 double bed (160 x 200) and new, high-quality Bultex bedding, a 35 m² living area with a large, fully equipped kitchen (3-burner induction cooktop, oven, microwave, range hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.), a toilet, and a 6 m² bathroom with a shower. There is a sofa bed in the living room with very comfortable new Bultex bedding.
Bars, restaurants, a bakery, a pastry shop, a butcher shop, and more are right outside the apartment. Check-in is self-service via a key box. We own four apartments in this same building, so you’ll likely run into other guests on the stairs.
