This 5 bedroom| 3 bath residence sleeps 12 with a resort-inspired heated pool/spa/diving board and slide. 12 miles to the Las Vegas Strip and 8 miles to the airport this entertainer's dream offers a pool table, dartboard, foosball table, blackjack table, video poker machine, PS4, Jenga, lifesize connect 4, cornhole and loads of table games for your entertainment. Fully stocked with plush towels, cotton sheets and over the top mattresses for your comfort. Head outdoors to the amazing backyard with a fire pit, BBQ and dining area. Plenty of space to lounge around and loads of shopping within minutes of this amazing residence. This residence, located in a quiet neighborhood, will ensure you have an outstanding Vegas Vacation! Extra safety Pool features are available as we have child safety bracelets with a monitoring alarm, and a pool fence installed. Pack and Plays are available upon request.

HEATED SPA – This Spa is heated year-round for no additional charge.

HEATED POOL - This is a seasonal pool. Pool heating is available upon request for the months of October through March, subject to an additional daily charge. This request MUST be sent to the Host(s) no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival.

The home was clean and we loved all the extra perks. The pool was amazing and our family had a lot of fun hanging out. The master bedroom was Resort Style, but the mattress cover on the bed made it uncomfortable. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Overall, I recommend the home but was nervous during my stay as there were so many rules and did not like having to sign a rental agreement in order to stay.

Great place for family vacation!

Our family stayed here for 9 days, and had a great time! The house was the perfect size for us (group of 7 adults). We had some issues with the pool heater, but the manager Eddie was very helpful and responsive and was able to get it working for us. We would definitely stay here again!

House is fantastic and clean. Pool is great though starting to show it’s age a little bit. Only negative I noticed was the ice and water dispenser on the fridge. It’s a little old and gets stuck in the on position. Aside from that the house was perfect for our family!

Great amenities for the kids. Great pool. Beds were not amazing and the lighting is very dated. Slight smell of cat urine.

Great House, Location, and Host

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful with a great backyard. Eddie was responsive and attended to all of our needs. It is located in a neighborhood in Green Valley Ranch and is less than 15 minutes from the strip. The house was clean and everything worked. I would stay here again in the future.

Best House Pool in Vegas!

Eddie was the best. The property and pool were amazing. We will be returning. There was a 5 star review below stating it wasn’t because of the property, it was because of Eddie. This couldn’t be more accurate. Fantastic experience. Everything was as advertised and my family couldn’t stop talking about the pool. Thanks Eddie!

Daughter's Wedding Weekend

We were in town as a family for our daughter's wedding weekend. This house was perfect! We have done a family trip including a house rental every year for the past several years. This was certainly in the top two experiences! The check in and checkout was very easy. The property managers reached out to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed any help. There was one very minor request, which they fulfilled very quickly and were very pleasant! If we ever have the need to stay in LV again, we will certainly choose this house!

Definitely coming back

We were looking for a place that felt like a resort without being in the strip since we had a wide range of ages with us. This was perfect. There's a lot of houses in the area with similar layouts but nothing close to the amenities offered here. Communication with the owners was easy and efficient. Check in/ out details organized well. 100% will be rebooking.

Relaxing, clean and amazing pool area

Our family wanted a place where we could get together and relax. This house is perfect. Has an amazing pool and rock slide, has a safe fenced area if you have kids. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Kitchen has many things you will need and they had snacks and coffee pods for us too! Eddie was available for any questions I had. Game room is great and we had a blast playing cards and sitting together. Big areas to all be together. It is very close to Green Valley resort for gambling, movies and good food and shopping. It was a great house for our family.

The good for our 3 days stay; Michelle and Eddie were responsive and helpful. Great location, quiet street. Has an amazing pool and rock slide, with a safe fenced area if you have kids. Rooms are big and comfortable and a lot of games for the kids but there some things that can be better : outdated house, cleanliness can be improved Pool was in bad condition when we arrived, expected to get early notification and avoid disappointment. part of the floors were bit dirty . No kettle and not enough body wash (the first time we arrive to house like this and needed to buy soap and shampoo. maybe it's not for families with young kids and aimed more to young guests. Overall the house is in great location and have all you need for stay in Las Vegas but we would not stay at this property again

Great home and the property was a good fit. I'm a local that had friends and family in town to celebrate my birthday. There was plenty of space for everyone. This weekend was particularly hot in Las Vegas the property had a well functioning AC system in addition to ceiling fans and extra fans for the bedrooms. The property was close to a grocery store making it easy to get items if needed and Starbucks coffee. The house had many kitchen essentials necessary to make meals at home. Plenty of towels and linens. The only concern I had was the pool. One of the main reasons for us choosing this property was the pool as I knew it would be hot. The pool had debris, dirt and the water was murky. The host did send someone the next day to clean. The company did their best to clean but even the day after the water looked murky. We made the best of it. As pool owners, we know what the water should look like. Otherwise, things were good. Thank you.

Best things about our nearly two week stay; Michelle and Eddie were responsive and helpful. Pool guy and landscaper good service when on site. Great location, quiet street. Worst things; outdated appliances and decor. Pool bottom in bad condition with many large patches of missing surfaces- very rough on feet. Dirty floors and windows. Drains in house are smelly. We had to use vinegar and baking soda. Overall we would not stay at the property again although we would consider another Red Key property given how nice the hosts were. W

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours dans cette propriété (fin mai début juin 2022) qui est conforme à l’annonce, les chambres son spacieuses, cuisine agréable et extérieur au top, le coin jeux est excellent, villa à 12 minutes du Strip de Vegas, nous avons passés de superbe vacance, je recommande cette villa à 100% si il doit y avoir un point négatif ça serai sur les horaires pour êtres à l’extérieur sur le coin piscine, il n’est pas autorisé d’être dehors après 22h sans avoir une alerte du propriétaire, même pour fumer une cigarette, je peux comprendre que certaine personne ne respecte pas le voisinage, mais beaucoup de gens son civilisé et respect le voisinage
