This large detached Victorian house in Ganllwyd sits within the Coed-y-Brenin Forest Park, and can sleep up to twelve people in five bedrooms. .Note: Property accepts a minimum of a 2 night stay

Bryn Cemlyn is a large Victorian house overlooking the River Mawddach, and the forest land beyond. There are five bedrooms in this spacious property - on the second floor is a room with double bed, single bed and en-suite shower, and also a twin room, while on the first floor is a double, another double with an en-suite shower, and a room with a king-size double, a single bed and 'Jack-and-Jill' access to one of the 'family' bathrooms with corner bath and shower cubicle. There is also a second main bathroom, and two additional WCs, one on the ground floor. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen with a Newood cooking range, a dining room and a spacious living room. In the basement is a utility room, and a games room with pool table, table tennis and darts. Outside, there is off road parking, bike storage and a sitting area with furniture and BBQ. With the mountain bike and walking trails of the forest on the doorstep, and the rest of Snowdonia and the coast within easy reach, Bryn Cemlyn makes a wonderful base for large groups. Please Note - This property cannot accept changeovers from Monday - Thursday.

Electric range with double oven & 5-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer inc. icemaker, 2nd freezer in utility, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer in utility, 2 x TV/DVDs. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. 2 x travel cots, 2 x highchairs. Off road parking for 4 cars. Cellar storage for bikes inc. tap with hose. Front sitting area with furniture, & views over river & forest. Two dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 5 miles. Pub with restaurant 3 mins walk (along A470). The sandy beaches of Barmouth, Fairbourne and Aberdovey are within reach, and all the activities of the Snowdonia National Park are practically on the doorstep.
