We rent our very nice house.
Discover our contemporary house of 180m² + small bungalow, comfortable refurbished by an architect in 2016.

It is ideally located 6 minutes walk from the Cours Mirabeau in a small green street very quiet.

The whole house, facing south and refrigerated, opens through large bay windows overlooking a small landscaped garden and a 6X2 swimming pool

Our guests will enjoy 2 large bedrooms with double bed (160X200), one upstairs master suite, the other on the first floor, a bedroom with 2 beds and an independent bedroom from the main house (bungalow in the garden) equipped with a very comfortable convertible bed.

Each of the bedrooms has a bathroom and Wc; the master bedroom also has a large bathtub and a large dressing room plus an independent air conditioner

Our open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher as well as an independent laundry room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.

A heat pump supplies the refrigerated floor in summer to all the rooms of the house; the bedroom located in the bungalow is equipped with air conditioning.

We have a parking space in front of the house, some free limited spaces on the street, paid parking nearby (La Rotonde)
