Villa Anthony sea water private pool and access to sea

Surrounded by greenery with trees and plants, Villa Antony offers its guests absolute silence and a breathtaking view. The large outdoor spaces together with the terraces also allow moments of privacy among guests themselves. This is the unique villa featuring a private swimming pool inside the rock for exclusive use of guests together with a private access to the sea. Villa has its private parking for 2 medium size cars, if you come with a minivan plus a car there is enough space for them.

Villa is about 350 square meters divided in 2 floors. At ground floor are a huge living room with one full bathroom and a large and well equipped kitchen. From kitchen you have direct access to outside table in the private garden. From living room you access to Room 4 and its private bathroom.From main entrance you have 25 steps (one floor) to reach room 1,2,3, with their smal living room with TV and fridge.
Room 1 features one double bedroom with bathroom ensuite; bath comes with sink, wc, bidet, and shower. Room 2 features one double bedroom; Room 3 features two singles beds. Room 2 and 3 use the second bathroom that features sink, wc, bidet, and a large shower. Among the rooms there is a living room with a couch, an armchair and flat tv with a fridge. TV is equipped with Netflix.

Villas garden is quite big, there enough space for everyone quiet.
Villa features a ultra high speed unlimited fiber internet, toilet paper, napkins, shampoo, bath foam, one hairdryer for every bathroom, iron, all the soaps for dish washer and washing machine, electricity adaptor, candles, off, etc.

Parking is free and has space for 2 / 3 cars.
Extremely suitable for families reunions or 3/4 couples. The breathtaking panorama and the absolute silence makes this villa unique. Villa is often selected as a Yoga retreat.

Wedding anniversaries, birthday celebrations, family reunions are all welcomed, and I will do my best for giving you support to organize what you like.
