Summer in Steamboat

The property was great! Plenty of space for everyone to separate if needed and good spaces to be together as well! The area was quiet with easy access to the Gondola (10 min walk or a 2 min bus ride). Free bus system was great and there is a stop just across the road.

Great spot for a spring Lacrosse Tournament

The condo was perfect for what we needed it for. Hot tub to warm up after a chilly weekend over Memorial Day, it was a great place to unwind after a long day of Lacrosse. The house and pictures were as advertised. The management company was very responsive to our requests. We will try and stay here on our next visit to Steamboat.

Perfect Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The bedroom setup was perfect for three couples (top floor, main floor, and lower level) plus the bunk area. The spa was clean and worked well, and the living room was spacious and comfortable with a very large tv. Was within walking distance to the gondola or you can take the free shuttle. Note that there are two hidabed mattresses in the bunk area, but there is not really anywhere to put them. We did not need them for a group our size, but just noting for other guests. The one hideabed could be pulled out partially but will not leave anywhere to walk between the beds. The second one would need to be moved to a different area such as the living room. It would be helpful for the large chair in the bunk area to be removed so that guests have some room for luggage.

Perfect Steamboat Stay

This fully equipped and comfortably furnished condo was perfect for our recent visit to Steamboat for our ski vacation. Lots of space to spread out. Steps away from the bus line, we could easily get to the gondola or town. Private hot tub was a great bonus. Booking and communication was seamless and responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect Condo close to the slope

PERFECT location. Large space for families. The ease of getting to and from the slopes was effortless. My only complaint is getting the keys to check in/ out is now very easy, especially when you don’t have a car and paying for transportation. This wouldnt cause me not to book again tho. Just something I wish they would make a little more seem less.

Spacious & close location

A2 Herbage is very spacious and close to downtown. 2/3 toilets were broken/malfunctioned upon arrival. It’s also quite absurd to post a 10+ person booking and only account for 1 parking spot.

Looking for everyone to have their own room. Property had plenty of space to gather in kitchen & living room & still able to escape for quiet time in our own rooms. Happy that hot tub was off the living room. Enjoyed our time very much

Perfect for us!

We loved how all 4 sleeping areas were separated from each other. We sure enjoyed playing games and hanging out at the kitchen table while fixing meals. Too far to walk to the ski area though.

Long Weekend Ski Trip

We spent President's Weekend in Steamboat and stayed here for 4 nights. We were 8 total guests, 2 families of 4 (not by design, just happened). The condo is clean, updated, and the private hot tub is very nice. The condo is actually a multi level unit with 5 levels, the "basement" has a full sized bed and sleeper sofa with a private bath and the laundry area attached (2 boys stayed here), the next level up is a large sitting area with a huge couch and TV that was nice for relaxing. The next level is the kitchen and a master bedroom and full bath, the following level is like a loft with a bunk and additional twin bed (2 girls stayed here), the final level is another master bedroom with private bath. The condo is a short walk from the free city bus service, and a short 5 minute drive to the lifts and base if you have a vehicle. I'd recommend this condo for a large family or multiple couples.

Great place to stay

Great space to spread out, but also sufficient space in the kitchen and family room to all be together. Hot tub on the deck was excellent. Great location to ski hill and the rest of the town. Only bummer is the 1 parking spot for the unit.

Winter stay

Nice property as described. The loft area is small but this was far outweighed by the large comfortable family room. There is a bus stop right out front which was really convenient for getting back and forth to the lifts.

The space was just as listed and pictures were accurate. TV and services worked great, hot tub was great, and it’s a 10-min walk to the lift. Only downside is 1 parking space, we had to park other cars at Walmart for the weekend
