Step inside and you’ll be greeted by an open-concept living area designed for comfort and convenience. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, whether it’s a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a relaxing dinner after a day outdoors. The dining area seats four and is perfect for family meals, game nights, or catching up with friends.

In the living room, you can unwind on the oversized sofa, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Step onto your private balcony to breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy peaceful views of Steamboat’s scenic surroundings.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, large closet, and a private en-suite bathroom, giving you your own quiet retreat. Comfortable beds, not upscale but cozy. Location was excellent-shuttle stop is right at the property. One of the last stops on a fairly short route (12-15 minutes) but you can get off at an earlier stop and walk a little more on the way back from the mountain. The only reason for 4 stars is that the unit could use some updating, but that wasn’t really important to us.

We absolutely love to travel, and Steamboat is truly our happy place. We visit often and have been skiing these beautiful mountains for years. We've spent countless days exploring the slopes and honing our skills at Steamboat’s Ski School. The elevation makes it easy to acclimate, the airport is convenient with a scenic drive, and the live music, incredible food, and warm-hearted locals make it all unforgettable.
It’s been such a joy to learn about and experience this amazing little town.
Visiting in the summer? There’s even more to enjoy — from the local rodeo and scenic hiking trails to fishing, river rafting, and endless outdoor adventures.
We’ve fallen completely in love with Steamboat and plan to make it our part-time home one day. In the meantime, we’re excited to share our little slice of happiness with our guests.
