Amenities are great! Trailer is dirty and family room/addition has a strong urine odor. Good water pressure and hot water. Golf cart was a nice bonus but runs out of charge quickly. This was the least expensive place to stay on the island at the time I booked so you get what you pay for. Would use it again for the price.

Property was extremely unsanitary and dirty

As I entered the unit, there was a stench of mold and mildew. One side of the trailer's wall was bubbled out from obvious water intrusion. I would imagine that's where the mold and mildew is located. In the screened-in patio there was an empty water bottle (another one under the couch by the TV) and two sub sandwiches left in a cooler. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned well. There were long black hairs and dirt on the tub. EVERY wall and molding in the unit was filthy. The fridge door was filled with open and used condiments. I was not interested in using said condiments. The owner did have a cabinet above the fridge marked on the inside door "For the owner only". This consisted of a bottle of vodka, bottles of wine and an open bottle of cranberry juice. If I could put zero Stars, I would.

Dirty and old

The pictures are not realistic. It appears to be cute and clean, but it is horrible. Booked for 9 nights and left after 1 night. Very disappointing!!
