The house consist of 5 bedrooms each with individual bathroom. Plus a dormitory and convertible coach which add 4 sleepings.
The house has all the comfort, with air conditioned, a private heated swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness area, and a recreation area.
It is located less than 10 mn of the Rayol beach, and 12 mn of the Canadel beach and the village of "le Rayol".

The property was beautifully designed and decorated, spacious, and a perfect place to spend time with our family of 10. The kitchen was very well stocked with every tool and appliance you would need. The modern pool had an incredible view over the golf of St Tropez. However, we were surprised to have not been notified of extensive water damage inside and outside of the home, notably on the lower level outside and in one of the rooms downstairs which in turn created a musty smell. We notified the hosts but were not offered an apology or compensation, granted that these things did not affect usability of the property, but only some unsightliness and inconvenience for the person who slept in the musty room. For a property of this standing, we would have also expected hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash to be made available for each bathroom. Other than that the hosts were very kind and responsive to all of our questions and feedback.

AMAZING VILLA

We had an outstanding 16 day vacation in Rayol in June-July. The villa is newly build and modern with extraordinaly features incl. a huge TV (my kids loved it to play video games), a lovely pool (getting cleaned every Friday) and 2 kitchens. Thomas is a great host, he even took care of organizing an outdoor gas barbecue. We're definitely coming back!

Belle villa moderne

Nous avons été bien accueilli par Thomas et Valérie ils ont été disponible pour toutes nos questions . La villa est neuve et moderne et correspond à l’annonce . Nous avons apprécié la piscine et les SDB dans chaque chambre . Je recommande cette maison pour passer un séjour agréable en famille / amis.

Belle villa très confortable

Belle villa spacieuse et très confortable, aménagée avec goût et soin. Cuisine pratique et bien équipée: 2 lave-vaisselles, grand frigo et congélateur, petit frigo supplémentaire…. Grandes baies vitrées, très belle vue de la terrasse, du salon, de la cuisine… Propriétaire charmant et concerné. Accueil chaleureux. Tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour!

Great Villa, ready to go back

We had an excellent experience during our stay and enjoyed our time in Rayol-Canadel. The Villa is brand new, with easy access to the beach, either walking or by car. The terrace with the heated swimming pool is very private. The living room has an unobstructed ocean view as the whole front has windows from top to bottom. The house is very spacious and everything is new including the kitchen equipment and the details in each room. We loved the area, we loved the house and we are looking forward to go back soon. Our special thanks to the owner who was very attentive and ready to help when needed. The same goes to Valerie who guided us with all needed information about the town and the area. Unforgettable Ocean View!!!

Très belle location

Nous avons passé un beau séjour avec des adultes et enfants. Très moderne, atypique, spacieuse et lumineuse, la villa fut agréable pour tous (équipement général complet, literie haut de gamme, et douche de grande qualité). Sans parler du mobilier qui a été choisi avec goût. Le cadre est apaisant et la vue sur mer y contribue beaucoup. Une belle parenthèse que nous nous offrirons à nouveau dès que possible ! Le propriétaire s’est montré très disponible et réactif à toutes nos demandes, c’est très appréciable.
