Whether you're traveling for ski season or seeking a summer escape in the mountains, you'll spend your days surrounded by large windows that frame gorgeous vistas, five flatscreen TVs (including a Smart TV in the living room), a pair of DVD players for family movie nights, and a washer/dryer to ensure that your clothes are ready for any and every adventure. Flip pancakes each morning in the fully equipped kitchen, sip your coffee at the breakfast bar or the large dining room table, and use the free WiFi to make an exciting plan for the day ahead. When you walk home from the slopes each afternoon, you'll be greeted by an inviting gas fireplace to use when the snow is falling and a private balcony where you can flip burgers come summer. The grounds of the resort also feature a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle to connect you to Steamboat's countless attractions.

When it's time to turn in, you'll find a king-size bed, a personal fireplace, a private balcony, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower in the master suite. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower/jetted tub combo, the third bedroom features a Tempur-Pedic queen-size Murphy bed with access to a bathroom with a shower/jetted tub combo, and the fourth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
