14- Modern Oasis- The Music City Collection

About the Space: Large Home with open floor plan and private bedroom spaces. This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, living room and powder bath. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite bath, the laundry room, and another bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with king beds and a hall bath. The living room sofa and sleeper sofa are queen pull out sleepers.

Beds: Four King Beds, Two Fold Down Sleeper Sofas

Baths: Powder Bath on main level, Two En-Suite Full baths on second Level, full hall bath on third level

Parking: Attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home. No parking in the shared driveway.

Dogs under 50lbs allowed. • Pet Fee $75 per pet per night - Limit 2 pets. Additional Pet fees collected after booking.

Communication: 24/7 Guest Support via text for inquiries and urgent emergency issues. Emergencies include Lockout, Busted Pipes, or other Major Issue. For Fire/Police/Medical Emergency call 911 first.

Location: This home is located on a quiet street in Trendy Melrose, close to many restaurants, grocery, and attractions. Just a few miles to Broadway and a very quick trip via uber or lyft.

Getting Around: We recommend ride share for exploring downtown as parking is limited and very expensive.

Great location

Our girls trip included a P!nk concert, so we needed a place to stay that was close by to the venue! This location was close enough that we could walk! It was also near lots of restaurants and more. The host was on top of all communication needs and quick to help/answer anything we asked about or needed- which was much appreciated.

Bright and Roomy

The property was clean, bright and spacious. There were five of us who stayed and there was ample space for everyone. The upstairs Deck with fireplace was a nice touch. There is a lot of road noise and you can also hear the trains, they say you get used to it.

Great Experience!

The place was amazing and fit all of our needs. The furniture and decorations were different than in the pictures, which had us second guessing if we were in the right house at first. The place was still beautiful and I would 100% recommend staying here if visiting Nashville.

Not clean, non-responsive property manager, beware!

We arrived at night to find the property dirty. All beds were unmade with the sheets piled at the end, trash on the floor and piles of towels in each bathroom. VRBO was unable to contact the host. We emailed, called, texted and also were unable to get a hold of the property manager. With 4 kids we thought it best to find another place to stay and now are fighting to get a refund. I would think twice before booking a location with this property manager/company as this could have been resolved and was not.

Perfect Place For Multiple Couples

Absolutely perfect place for a group of couples as everyone has their own space! We had 8 people (4 couples) ages 41-55; therefore, everyone wanted their own private space for sleeping and getting ready. Very trendy, clean, beds and pillows were super comfy, and only a 10-minute Uber to Broadway! I have recommended this place to others as not many places IN Nashville 10-minute Uber ride to Broadway have accommodations for larger groups like this place!

Perfect weekend getaway

Property was beautiful, tried to reach to contact 2x and never got a response. Received a text at 9:37 on Friday night that we were too loud, sitting on the rooftop deck chatting and laughing. No loud music just conversation and laughter, was very annoyed

Great location! Beautiful new townhome!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Easy to get to 12 South, Broadway and the airport. Clean, great decor and comfortable beds. We traveled with other adult couples so the 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 bath was perfect. Laura was attentive to the few needs we had.

Nice place - a short ride to downtown

The place was nice and had a contemporary feel. It was just a few minutes from Broadway and there were grocery stores nearby. It had the appliances and kitchenware we needed. The owner was responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend to others!
