Wonderful home and location
Loved the decor, the cleanliness. Well stocked.
Would stay again.
My favorite house ever!
I stayed here for my 30th birthday with 5 of my closest girlfriends! This home is absolutely beautiful, clean, updated and fresh. We loved the decor and the location is very convienant (about a 10-15 minute uber to the Gulch and downtown where we spent most of our time). I would recommend this house to anyone in the future and we all agreed this was the nicest home we’ve ever rented for a trip before!!! Neal was extremely easy to deal with and very prompt in responding to any questions. 5 star property!
Property was everything we expected and more
Neal was great to work with and definitely we will be coming back to stay and would absolutely recommend it to everyone
Zero tolerance for noise after 10 pm. Was warned the police may be called when we were merely chatting around the table. There wasn't even any music playing.
Kept deposit because of faulty installation of a shower curtain that kept falling and hit someone causing bleeding. A towel was grabbed quickly to stop it.
Lame excuse to not have to return it.
Opted not to rent for the Stanley Cup Finals.
I called Clint and spoke with him the other day. He said that he will be removing this review, but I feel it is important to leave a response in the meantime. This review is not accurate.
We did not charge or hold a damage deposit. Clint's family purchased a damage insurance policy. When they checked out there were a few items that needed to be replaced. I wasn't aware of the shower curtain until now, but it has been inspected and no other guests seem to have an issue with it. I filed a claim with the insurance to cover the items that were damaged, but Clint saw the email and thought he was being charged for the damage. VRBO sends each guest an email when a claim is filed, but guests are not charged because they have purchased insurance for this purpose. I cleared this up with Clint.
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and we do have quiet hours. I received calls from my neighbors and reached out to Clint to tell him that while I was sure he was not purposefully trying to be a loud or bad neighbor that the neighbors had called and that the noise would need to stop after 10pm. I gave him a warning about it. That was the only issue we had. I sincerely believe this was a case of miscommunication.
