Apartments Sunset 4 est l'un des 4 appartements magnifiques, spacieux et indépendants. Réparties sur 2 étages, elles disposent chacune d'un salon, d'une salle à manger, d'un coin cuisine et d'un lavabo en bas avec 3 chambres doubles. Les grandes terrasses à manger ont construit dans des barbecues et tous les appartements ont une vue imprenable à 180 degrés sur la mer et les montagnes. Ils ont été luxueusement aménagées avec des salles de bains contemporaines, une cuisine entièrement équipée et tout le confort moderne. Chaque appartement est idéal pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis avec les 3 chambres avec salle de bain privée offrant une intimité totale. Pour des groupes de plus de 6 personnes, pourquoi ne pas prendre plus d’appartements? La piscine et la terrasse sont vraiment magnifiques, avec beaucoup d’espace car il n’ya que nos 4 appartements partageant l’immeuble et les jardins. La piscine s'étend jusqu'à la mer. De confortables transats rembourrés et des parasols vous permettront de vous détendre avec beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde. Les plates-bandes bien approvisionnées dans le jardin donnent une belle couleur pour compléter le ciel bleu et la mer.

We had a fabulous 2 week stay and will definitely be returning! Paula could not have been a better host! Paula’s communication was absolutely fantastic and questions or issues we had were quickly answered /resolved and I can’t thank her enough! I would recommend the location- fabulous restaurants a few minutes walk away and a supermarket. Amazing place! Thank you Paula and Metin !!

Great apartment, clean and spacious. The pool and gardens are great , though the other apartments were occupied it felt like we had our own private pool. Excellent property highly recommended.

Very enjoyable

This property was very conveniently located, being a short walk to town and the harbor. The view of the sea was spectacular. The grocery store was only a few steps away and the kitchen was well designed for those who wish to cook. We would stay here again, if we ever return to Kalkan.

Family Summer break 2019

We had an excellent holiday. The property was very well presented, spacious and a good location. Its a 10 minute walk (downhill) to the old town/harbour etc but plenty of other good restaurants only few minutes walk away (plus small general shops for bread/milk etc). Excellent pool which we had to ourselves everyday as only one other apartment was occupied. We particularly enjoyed the upper terrace for late afternoon drinks/sunset. And very good communication with the owner.

Excellent Apartment

My family and I returned from our stay in the apartment last week and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The apartment and pool are beautiful and the attention to detail from the owners made the stay extra special. When we arrived a lovely welcome pack had been left for us, which included bread, eggs, butter, cheese, cold drinks, tea and coffee amongst other things. The owner called by to introduce himself and gave us contact details in case we had any problems during our stay. We had a very minor problem with one of the air conditioning units which was fixed within 2 hours of it being reported. Following that we experienced no further problems. The apartment is at the top end of the town and the view is great! We will definitely stay in this apartment if we return to Kalkan.

Not good

Not cleaned and bedding and towels not changed enough we were there for 3 weeks and only cleane twice and towels and bedding only changed twice won't be using you again paid a lot of money and never got the service that i expected for that kind of money very hard to walk up and some taxi drivers wouldn't take me up

I am astounded by your review Roy. This is a self catering property and linen and towel changes and cleaning are provided every 7 days, so it is correct that you would have 2 linen changes for your 3 week duration holiday. Extra cleans are available upon request but are charged extra. You mention that you did not get the service that you expected yet I went out of my way to help you when you emailed me on 30th July 2023 explaining that you had mobility problems that had become significantly worse since making the booking on 16th September 2022 for your choice of the top floor apartment. I immediately contacted my other guests who had ground floor apartments booked for the same dates as you to ask if anyone would like to swap apartments. One very kind guest agreed to swap and I thanked them for their help and I actually personally bought them a gift as a token of my appreciation for their flexibility and help in making the holiday easier for you. Please see copies of your messages to me, you wrote “Hi Paula That would really help as I am not good on stairs at home so that would really ease my mind aswell Like I said think this will my last time in Kalkan Cheers Roy “ “Hi Paula Thankyou so much your diamond I will not worry about it now and will look forward to the holiday more now Thanks again Roy “ As for you review comment that you won’t be ‘using you again’ that is not a surprise in any way as you had already told me before coming on holiday on a number of occasions that this would be your last time in Kalkan. I realise how much you love Kalkan and I can only imagine how sad you must be that you are not going to be able to come back because of your mobility problems and the Kalkan hills but I am extremely disappointed that despite my best efforts to help you, you seem to have taken out some of your frustration by writing what I consider to be a very unfair review with absolutely no substance.

Great value stay

We had a nice time at the apartment. Lots of space for us and our teenagers. We usually had the pool to ourselves and it was a peaceful location. Really handy for the supermarket. Paula and Metin were really helpful. Aircon really effective and kitchen clean and well equipped. There isn’t much we’d change - but the beds were too firm for all of us and although we don’t watch much TV on holiday we realised that these days you come to expect smart TVs on holiday so you can login to Netflix etc. But overall the apartment was great value and we liked being near Kalamar Bay which is quieter. House Kitchen and Bar is a short walk away too - lovely welcome and nice food.

Wonderful stay in Kalkan overlooking Kalamar bay

We spent 7 nights at Sunset apartment 4 and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was well finished and well stocked. There was plenty of space for a family of 5 and the views were absolutely exceptional. The pool area was well maintained and great to spend time at. There is a 15 / 20 min walk down to the old town, restaurant and harbour area, but taxis are readily available and were TL60 in each direction. We often walked down and got a taxi back up. Kalamar Beach Club is less than 10 mins down the hill in the other direction and they offer a free shuttle service back to the apartment so that you don't have to walk back up the hill. Hosts Paula and Metin were friendly, available and attentive. We would definitely return.

Family orientated, great facilities

We stayed here for 2 weeks with, family with kids aged 19, 17 and 12 and had a fantastic time. Booking was very simple and straightforward, Paula was great to communicate with and always got back really really quickly. Paula also booked the airport transfer which was good value, high quality and very reliable. Accessing the property was simple with a great welcome pack of wine, beer, milk, juice and some snacks. The apartment is very well equipped, full kitchen and top quality appliances and had obviously been deep cleaned prior to our arrival. The property itself is spacious and beds are very comfortable and lots of places to sit and relax. The pool is large and plenty of very comfortable loungers with towels provided. There is a carrefour supermarket next door which is very handy. It's about a 10 min walk into Kalkan town centre and only £3 in a taxi. There are lots of places nearby too for eating and drinking. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned during our stay and the pool etc was very well looked after by the staff. The site is very safe, secure and private. I'd definitely return here and would recommend this as a great place to stay in Kalkan.

Loved every second of our stay

It was our first time to Kalkan and chose this apartment as it had 3 bedrooms and looked spacious in the photos. We hoped the reviews and photos were not too good to be true, but everything actually exceeded our expectations - it is a beautiful, clean, spacious villa with a lovely pool and sea view in a great location up the Kalamar road close to a supermarket, restaurants, bars and spa hotels! We had a fantastic holiday with our two teenage sons and can't wait to return. Also had fantastic communications with Paula and Metin the owners.

A beautiful spacious apartment with breathtaking views.

We have just returned from a two week stay at Sunset apartments. Our apartment was wonderful. We arrived late and found a welcoming food hamper waiting for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated with very generous rooms. We were stunned by the amazing view of Kalamar Bay from our balcony which we discovered on our first morning. We enjoyed the pool, very peaceful and relaxing, most of the time we were the only ones there! We ate in several of the local restaurants, particularly enjoying Cosmopolitan and Yelkin where we had excellent meals.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return. Thank you Paula and Metin for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment.

Amazing Hoilday

This apartment was spotlessly clean with every mod con you could need for a self catering holiday. The welcome pack was ideal when you arrive at night, wine ,beer ,bread,feta and tomatoes, a very welcome feast. There are restaurants and bars near by and it is a pleasant walk into Kalkan centre. Taxis are cheap. I would definitely recommend these apartments with private pool and sun loungers. Would certainly go back.

Amazing views

Fabulous apartment comfortably furnished , wonderful views over kalimar bay . Swimming pool and gardens well kept , close to good restaurants and can walk into beautiful old town Kalkan . We loved every day , only downside was having to leave .

We are very lucky, we live on the mediteranean coast of Turkey in a beautiful small village called Kalkan and we spend our holidays back in our favourite place in England ~Kendal in the Lake District. Our children ~ 4 of whom were born in Kendal, also love holidaying there and catching up with a lot of our family who still live there.
