Its time to getaway from it all, in this beautiful decorated 2020 town house. The owner has thought of all the amenities that you would need for a relaxing, & fun time during your stay at the beach. Sawgrass South is a gated community with a lot of amenities. Within this resort-like atmosphere it has 2 clubhouses, 2 community pools, 2 gyms, public grills, tennis courts & basketball courts. There are several golf courses, and parks near by. It's only 3 miles away from the local Tax free Tanger Outlets. & only 5 miles from Rehoboth Beach.

Great location, very clean, roomy, good host. Also great having house across the street available for part of our family vacay. Pool and clubhouse were very easy and accommodating, even with extra guest and the use of two grills at same time! Excellent!

This townhouse was very clean, spacious, and well equipped for a family of 8. Very comfortable and quiet surroundings. Much to do in the area and great pool. The owner was very easy to work with as well.

What can I say? The pictures on Vrbo really don’t do this property. This property is beautiful large spacious rooms and a fantastic location. Plenty of facilities right on your doorstep. Highly recommend and will be coming back again soon.Thank you again Dana for a wonderful stay

Large, comfortable home for families

Large and clean townhome with plenty of space for 9 people. Well appointed and well supplied. Adults and kids had a great time. Comes with rights to use a very nice swimming pool. Ride to beach can be lengthy if Rt. 1 is slow, which it often is.

Fabulous place Covers all the Bases!!

Clean, roomy stocked full of items I usually bring! Location very convenient. Owners so easy to do to business with...very professional and friendly. Quick to respond to all of my questions. Perfect for a large group! Will be renting in the future. Oh and price reasonable and a bit better than others I researched.

The lovely posted pictures of this 4 bedroom townhouse were true to the home we enjoyed for our family vacation. Clean, roomy, comfortable space for our 7 adults and two children, we also found a surprise play space in the bunk room and toddler equipment off the master. Lots of family games were available in the house.Ceiling fans and tvs in each room were enjoyed by all. A gated community, we also made use of the on-site pool and clubhouse. Only suggestion for the house would be more comfortable dining seats as these are definitely wearing from use - perhaps added cushions for seating at the table. We made use of the advertised bicycles, although found two with flat tires and bike pump didn't work well. The location of the townhouse was perfect - quiet family community and yet only 4-8 miles from most activities including beaches, nature center, arcades, dinosaur mini-golf, Jungle Jim's water park and quite a number of good restaurants, pubs and if needed, food/beverage stores. Owner was very helpful with our questions upon arrival. Great experience all around!

Dog hair and dirt all over the first floor

While the community and the pool were very nice, the townhouse was not sufficiently cleaned upon our arrival. The house was advertised as dog free but it was obvious a dog had been there. We found large clumps of dog hair and dirt in the entryway, the bottoms of the bar stools, the sitting area and the master bedroom when we arrived. The house smelled of dog and the master bedroom comforter had dog stains on it as well as the bathroom rug had dog urine on it that could be smelled and seen. Dana was responsive and did have the cleaning lady come back Sunday morning to reclean the downstairs which she did do. We left a note for the comforter to be cleaned. Rather than taking it to the Laundromat, she washed it at the house and then put it in the dryer which it did more sufficiently fit in and did not get dried. We had to drape it across barstools for a couple days to completely dry. In addition, the garage smelled very strongly of wet dog the entire week.

Great vacation for 6 of us

Your property was fantastic and a very good location. The one bedroom with lights on bed didn’t work so we need more lighting in that bedroom. Chairs in dining room wasn’t too sturdy. All in all I would stay here again.

Great location great house

House was perfect for family if 10. Great location. You can take short ride to beach or simply go to the pool. It can use few upgrades to kitchen appliance but we made do with what was there. I would go again.

Fantastic spacious house, perfect for a family!

We had a great time during our vacation in this house. The neighborhood was beautiful to walk around each morning. The pools were so clean and fun. Only 15 min drive to the beach. This house was perfect for our family of 6 plus 1 baby. Everything was clean and the house was so spacious for us all. Debra and Dana were very responsive and accommodating to our questions. This is a great place for a family vacation. Thank you!!

Beautiful property, immaculate home. Owners were helpful when we forgot the security cards to get back on after 7PM. The home comes with 2, toss one in your wallet when you check in. When you come back have to waive in front on the keypad. Pool was great and quick dip after hitting the beach. Garage was loaded with bikes, and a bike pump!! Coming for years to other property’s and no one supplies a bike pump! My daughter had to work a few days and the wifi was awesome. Great place, will be back again! James A

Nice and clean

Very nice property super clean a bit of a hike to the beach felt like a retirement community and with traffic couldn’t get to beach under 20 minutes. That being said it was a quiet area, very safe and was spacious.

Awesome stay

Wonderful stay in this well kept townhome. Clean and comfortable and close to amenities. We could drive to beaches, boardwalk and outlet malls all within 15mins. The other part of our family stayed in the owners sisters townhome across the street and it worked out perfect

Great week at the beach!

This house was very spacious and perfect for our group of five adults and five children (ages 8-15). There was a loft room upstairs where the kids spent most of their time. The kitchen was very spacious. There was a small mix-up when we checked in, but it was fixed very quickly. The owners of the house were very responsive.
