We are sure you'll find our location to be the SMART and CONVENIENT way to enjoy the beach. Less hassle means more fun!
Located off Route One below the outlet shopping centers allows for CONVENIENT and QUICK access to the beaches with minimal traffic. Just minutes from Rehoboth (1.0 miles), Dewey (2 miles), Lewes, or Bethany!
Also, the PARK and RIDE is right next door! For ~$1 a ride for adults and children ride free, you can be on the beach, hitting the outlets, at the movies, and everywhere else without the stress of traffic and parking meters. Shuttles depart routinely to most locations (every 5 min to Rehoboth) and run from early morning til LATE NIGHT. If needed, your group can split up easily without the dilemma over how to get there and you can come home at anytime.
Also right next door (walkable) Wawa, Fresh Market, and Bed Bath and Beyond, and Blue Coast Seafood restaurant. Convenient when you need a last minute dinner or milk/bread.

Our four BEDROOM home in the Keys of Marsh Harbor neighborhood is perfect for extended family or friends. The house features two MASTER SUITES with king-size beds, HD TVs, and private baths. A third bedroom fit for a queen (with its own HD TV). All bedrooms and porch have ceiling fans for your comfort and each bedroom has their own large walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom, kids can enjoy the two sets of bunk beds (four beds) in their own room. Three full baths and a powder room, the whole gang can be quickly out the door to ENJOY a night out.
The family room is OPEN to the kitchen/dining areas with a screened porch and patio for an INVITING and functional living space. And, the kids will love taking over the upstairs ENTERTAINMENT LOFT with its own HD TV, DVD, and a great place to set up their Playstation or XBox. And... this allows the adults to relax or entertain themselves with a little EXTRA SPACE downstairs.
The kitchen has everything you'll need to feel right at home (blender, coffee maker, toaster, iron, washer/dryer, large pantry), and there's a patio GAS GRILL for burger night. Plenty of parking - 2 spots in front of the home and more shared parking next to the home and use the garage space for all your beach and outdoor gear, along with plenty of towel hooks.

Aside from the beach, there's an opportunity to get wet at the community POOL (no fees), or walk to an adventure at Jungle Jim's WATERPARK right next door. Within walking distance are a coffee shop, ice cream stand Bonkeys, outlet shops (Nike, Under Armour, etc), Wawa, Blue Coast Seafood Grill and Raw Bar and our family favorite restaurant in Rehoboth, The Big Fish Grill. For tennis players, there's a court on-site as well as a shuffleboard court.

My husband and I love our beach home! Perfect mix of luxury and convenience. Both natives to Delaware, Rob and I grew up visiting FunLand, the boardwalk, fishing, biking, boating, and of course enjoying the surf and sands of Rehoboth, and the neighboring beaches...Lewes, Dewey, Bethany, and OC Maryland. We've had many great times with our two boys, grandparents, and friends at 20221 Catherine Court. Our home is perfect for accommodating our family in addition to friends or extended family. The house design is perfectly set up to allow everyone plenty of personal space with 4 Bedrooms (2 masters) and plenty of bathrooms (3.5) while also feeling together in the family room, dining room, loft, or enjoying the summer breezes on the porch. Located adjacent to the Park N Ride, there are GREAT shuttle options to avoid the number 1 vacation headache...traffic and parking. We use a local property manager for your convenience - you have someone local to call if there are any issues during your stay. They are conveniently located on Route 1 very close to our home.
What makes this Townhome unique
There is something to do for every age in Rehoboth besides the beautiful and large number of public beaches. The younger kids love the boardwalk, Funland rides, and Jungle Jim's waterpark right next door. The adults love the restaurants, boutique and outlet shops, and being so convenient to many other activities. Besides Rehoboth beach which is 1 mile from our home - you are also a 20 min drive from Lewes beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, 5 mins to Dewey beach, and 15 mins to Bethany beach. There is always a new place to explore.

Perfect for families
This house has a great location and is perfect for 1 to 2 families with small children.
We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was very nice and well-stocked with all household essentials
I would highly recommend this location to anybody with 8 or fewer guests. With 10, we were slightly oversized for the common areas. It nicely sleeps 10 but the family room area is a bit small for 10. Few chairs etc. Location is quite workable for beach, boardwalk, etc. Overall we were very happy!

Good point on the "coziness" of having the full 10-party group in the family room all at once. We've certainly been there too with our own family & friends. And to your point, that requires pulling over a chair or two from the dining room set and/or a couple kids willing to make a "pillow nest" on the floor.
We've tried to optimize between open space and furniture with two large couches and a recliner chair to allow at least 7 to sit in designed comfort at any given time. Kudos to you for getting all 10 in the party together, that's a tough feat! Our group is often split up between the loft, family room, and back patio. (if not at the pool, beach, or shopping!) ;-)
We stayed at this home with my best friends family. Ten people in all. Lots of room, the house was cozy and inviting. I was a little worried about being 1 mile from the beach. We have always stayed closer to the beach. However, the bus made it just as easy as staying beachfront. I do however wish we would have taken the bus to Lewes Bayside. We just ran out of time. We would for sure stay at this property again. The house had everything you could ask for..kitchen had all the utensils and cookware needed. The house was convienently located stores, gas, restaurants and jungle gyms were close by. (Tip: if you drive your car over to bus station and park for the day it's cheaper than buying tickets on the bus) It's $8 to park car and you get 4 all day ride pass for the bus vs $3.70 per person for all day passes.
Great week at the beach!
Just returned from a fantastic week at the beach and am looking forward to returning to this home next year! We had our extended family with us with all age groups and there was something for everyone. We especially liked that the kids had their own loft space upstairs so they could relax after a day at the beach while we enjoyed happy hour on the screened in porch. The weather was beautiful except for one day of rain, but we were so close to the outlets that it worked out perfectly. The kitchen was equipped with every gadget that we needed and we loved having a garage to dump our sandy beach stuff in. Most of us used the neighborhood pool every day which worked out well for taking turns watching the baby while he slept. This rental had everything we needed (and then some) and we will definitely be back.
Imagine my family's and friends excitement when they found out I rented this house for the third time. We cannot wait for summer. We love the room and comfort in this home and it has everything we need. Being across the street from the bus terminal and right down the road from Jungle Jim's has been a big plus for us. The location is great, the home is perfect and the pool is a life saver after a hot day at the beach. Can't wait to be at our the Beach House again!!!! Thanks owners!!!
The Yellow House
This is my third year going to Rehoboth. I must say each year gets better and better. Our first year we stayed at a hotel for the weekend, the next year we rented a house, and this year we rented a larger house which accomodated my immediate family, as well as, my mom, dad, three sisters, brother, girlfriend, and niece. The house was perfect. The location is amazing. We were able to walk to the waterpark, grab the bus and head to the beach or shopping. We had the most memorable time. It was an awesome experience that we will never forget and my three year old daughter still talks about our yellow beach house a month and a half later. Looking forward to renting again. Thank you so much.
