Nice, quiet location for our family. It had everything we needed as advertised. The pool area was great for my kids of different ages. The unit was very clean, but the second bedroom did smell like mildew, which seemed to bother our kids while they were staying in it. Maybe some old water damage. The rest of the unit didn’t smell at all. The unit is on the top level with no elevator. Climbing up and down was exhausting especially with luggage. Having covered parking with the hot days was nice. However, the parking spot is directly next to the A/C units for the entire building. This makes getting out of your car tight. The A/C worked well, however, you are not allowed to go lower than 70 degrees. It can get warm during the morning with the direct sunlight coming through the windows. Finally, it is a very long walk out to the beach. It is a well marked and maintained trail, but difficult with small children or those with mobility issues.

At least the air worked good!

The only good thing I can say is the air worked good. Has the potential to be a really nice condo, but the cleanliness could have been a lot better. I had to wash the sheets the first night there, for they had sand on them. The shower curtain had mildew on it. The couches consisted of two futons. I could see maybe one for more sleeping space but they were not comfortable to sit and hang out on. There was also potato chip crumbs on the couch. The whole place was tile, which I understand it is at the beach but it could have had some rugs or something. The kitchen counter held sand, I don’t care how many times you wiped it down along with the floors. But no cleaning products at all. The walk to the beach was long, and they really need a sign up going to the beach for people who have never been there to make them aware of the water displacement coming from the large ships passing. You could lose a lot of your personal items from the water. It was something that happened really fast, never had we experienced anything like it. There was no sign anywhere. I thought at least the rental company could have gave us some kind of notice. Was not worth the price. I can say the communication was good with the rental company.

We're sorry you had this experience. Our local office is available seven days a week. We could have had our housekeeping team perform a touch-up if you let us know. The north-end beach can be very tricky. There are signs posted near the jetty warning of dangerous conditions.

Overall nice place but no door handle ended up getting locked in.

So we stayed this place with my mother who is in her late 70's and stayed in the 2nd bedroom. Her door handle was not there so she ended getting locked up at night not being able to go to the bathroom. She barely slept that night and in early morning finally call us to get her out of her room. No shampoo and conditioner or hair dryer is not helpful. Most of the doors seem to be sticking and out of whack. Hard to open and close. We would stay there again if these condition is improved. The location and view was great though.

Perfect ocean getaway

We loved our time at 30C in Lighthouse Point! The best part was the ocean view and very close proximity to the beach! There was plenty of room for our family of four. We loved the decor and recent remodel of the unit. The condos were situated in a quiet, beautiful area of Tybee. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again and highly recommend it. The only negative was that there was no coffee or hand soap provided - a first in all of my travels - and no back up toilet paper besides one in each bath. But again, overall a great experience!

September 2020 Stay

Condo was very nice and very well equipped! Loved the decor. Very clean - condo and the grounds! We felt very safe. Great vacation destination. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy the ocean view from the balcony. Beaches weren’t crowded, which we loved. We needed more towels (hand towels). TV in guest room worked, but we couldn’t get any stations. (Maybe needs a cable box?) Need a hair dryer for each bathroom (there was one in the guest bathroom)
